He will start against Sociedad then.
I highly doubt so. In fact I wouldn't even want him starting in such a match.

We need to beat Sociedad. Frattesi will get his chances. Season is very long, and there will be injuries, absences and everything else. I mean, it's not like Frattesi has been THAT convincing to start in crucial matches.

The game against Sociedad is crucial for our CL run and I highly doubt that Inzaghi will experiment - same midfield and same strikers.

So, then it would be very attacking setup. Him and Dimarco and midfield stays the same., Lautaro and Thuram.

This game is a pure joy to watch, even from a neutral fan.

Bisseck has a lot of potential and composure. Just overcook a few times. But he will improve.
Dimarco passed back rather than crossing is something unexpected.
Bastoni, and not Acerbi on the left, is just a huge difference.
Sommer did not have to do anything, even 1 save (?)
MOTM: Pavard who made the game entertaining towards the very end.

I still feel Bisseck makes too many mini mistakes, but I think those can be polished away with playing time and proper training. This guy looks like he could even play RWB if there is a need for that.

Glad to see us at least trying to give him a chance and not paying the same money for a 47 year old Italian defender.

Its interesting how your criticisms are always directed at either Thuram, Dumfries and now Bisseck.

15 other players played today yet you chose to single out him.. just like how you singled out Thuram last week for taking off his shirt.

I wasn't the only one that thought he made some silly mistakes. But that's just a minor criticism in an overall pretty good 7/10 performance from the lad.

As far I am concerned, everybody played good today except for Cuadrado and Arnautović, who were both total shit.

You stopped watching after Sensi came on, so you missed the mistakes Bisseck did.

Must admit I was all on Sensi hoping he would assist or score.

Almost did, too. His impact on the pitch was noticeable instantly, which is what we are still hoping Frattesi will achieve soon. As far I am concerned, Sensi knows the system like the back of his hand and fits in, Frattesi is halfway there.

I'm in a delulu land if I think 2023/24 Thuram-Lautaro might potentially be one of our best performing duos ever? Oh wait, I forgot, apparently I hate Thuram, Barella, Handanović, who else?

It's been enjoyable since the season started tbh, trashing Milan, Napoli, Fiorentina and now Udinese, just makes you wonder, who's next. Most likely Lazio
I think Lazio are gonna make us suffer. They are fucking snakes.

You didn’t get the point, Icardi never played for anyone else but himself, he never cared one bit about Inter, It was always about him and nothing else. He didn’t wear the captains armband because he earned it, he got it because of contract negotiations, it was a disgrace. Icardi never showed the slightest of dedication and commitment to even a tenth of what Martinez has, Martinez is all about staying, showing heart, commitment and hard work, Icardi was all about money and he showed he was a horrible greedy character and poison to any team at the end of days.

I give him no thank you, he was just a greedy mercenary nothing else.

My point was not about performance but about character and in Icardi’s case complete lack off it.

I get the point actually, but your theories are not true. You're talking based on emotions which doesn't fit to reality of what happened. First of all, Icardi was here for many years, and captaincy was given to him as a gift for his efforts, commitment towards the club and also impact in overall. He didn't have leadership attribute, but club probably thought giving him captaincy would make him remain in this club for a long time and somewhat build the team around him.

Almost same case was with Skriniar once he was given captaincy. Our club wanted to show him that they really want him to remain here, and probably thought with captaincy on his shoulder, he would change his mind and extend his contract which didn't happen. Not the same situation with Icardi, but as an example that captaincy was given to him not because of his leadership, but because the guy was a great servant towards clubs objectives.

In fact, we lacked players of leadership attribute. Not even Handa was a true leader IMHO. He was way too mute for a captain. Can never deny his professionalism but a leader is more than that, exactly what Lautaro is. I dunno, each one to his own but to spit on Icardi's name is a sign of unthankfulness for me.

He acted like a piece of shit in recent phase of his Inter career but his contributions, decisiveness and everything else, deserves some credit. On another note, we've also had situations where Inter acted as an incompetent club towards some players in the past, but these things happen almost everywhere. As long as Icardi doesn't sign for gobbi or Milan, I will always respect him for what he's done for this club.

Great performance. Really enjoyed the game today. The thing I love the most is how well oiled the machine is. We are very organized and attack and defend really well and as a unit. You can see the unity on and off the pitch as well as the bench celebrates every goal like they scored it. Grande Inzaghi! He built a TEAM.
Love capitano for everything he is doing , when good and bad he always grinding. Penalty won( maybe bit soft) , second goal stole the ball with Hakan and the 4th goal is Toro for me. Stole the ball after harrowing the opponent and perfect finish. Grande Toro.
Also want to mention Thuram as magical signing. He is a star and has everything technically but also on top of it, his attitude, working for the team and generally really cool and down the earth guy is what makes him special for me.
Bisseck had great start as well and looks promising. Will improve with more minutes and his potential is definitely there.
Forza Inter!

Great performance on the 1st half, we took off our foot from the pedal on the early second half and slip in a goal from Lautaro. All this despite injuries to pavard, svj, dumfries, Inzaghi actually manage to still bring a great team with bisseck. A an extra note on how crazy darmian versatility is, he can play everywhere on the backline and still showed a solid game.

A player that take the club hostage do not deserve anything, spitting on his name is no less then what he deserves after that behaviour. Icardi was nothing short of a mercenary, every single contract negotiation there was nothing else then constant issues with the lad and his wife agent and already early on there where controversies with him, he was incredibly immature as he showed in numerous of situations.

He clashed with the fans already one year after becoming captain in 2016 and the ultra called out they would never recognise him as the captain of the club after his bio. Also he only stayed two years before it was served to him on a silver plate, so no it wasn’t because of long commitment, effort. work, leadership ability and that is simply incorrect. it was given out of fear of loosing him and to convince him to sign a contract extension, don’t sugar coat it, it was a very poor decision just as it was when given it to Skriniar, but at least Skriniar had more leadership abilities.

he was never worthy of the armband, first off he hadn’t been long enough in the club, he didn’t show any signs of leadership ability and his attitude was anything but what you normally seek out in a captain. Handanovic was 10x more worthy of it, not because he is a dream captain but because of his character and there was never issue with him, in fact he is still part of the club, that tell you something!

What i found insane is that we are always winning by 2-4 goals margin. Even when we draw against Bologna we had great opportunitys to score the 3-0 and close the match already before half time. Sure there were also some 1-0 games like against Empoli and Roma but in a normal day we destroy the opponent.
