I rewatched it from 65` onwards.

Have to say we are really really lucky to survive with 3pts. Henry´s pen was perfect, a little fake step and Yann was already sleeping in the other side, but the nerazzurri gods were high on octane this afternoon.

Inzaghi was saved from humiliation too. Our players better learn from this.

Can`t let Allegri in your head or any other disgusting rubentino who is working for italian sports papers.

Agreed. We got lucky, really lucky in the end. To me it felt like some players think they have already won the Scudetto. I hope Inzaghi beats this attitude out of them soon. We are only halfway there, & the tougher half is still there to play. Our main rival has no europe. This is far from done.

I would have thought Inter players would know that better than anyone else, considering how we similarly threw a Scudetto away 2 years ago.

Wake the fuck up, Inter!

Some Inter fans cry enough already, so more tears would just smear the picture.

I'd rather see players celebrating a tough win than not celebrating at all, I don't understand why this is such a big point for some. It's a release from the frustration that was gathering throughout the whole match. Try putting yourself in the shoes of Inter players that played today.

Also just because our players are overall better, they are still only human. They get fatigued. They do mistakes. We have a very known style of play that can be countered. Isn't all this fairly logical?
There’s nothing “logical” about how Arnautovic - a professional player who has years of experience in top flight football - played today. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed such poor sometimes pure comical display from anyone in a single match, let alone 15 mins.

He fell over to give the ball away for their goal, he blocked a goal for his team mate, he nodded air while it was perhaps easier to head in a goal, he blatantly and unnecessarily shoved players when we were in good offensive position, and he misplaced several simple passes.

Sure one can have an off day - but based on that display Marco’s professional career is over.

The good old pazza win.
Missed this one, saw only the highlights but what a crazy game! Win is a win and a good hard win is even sweeter. Yeah , it could be easier but I love hard wins like this because it humbles and makes everyone think again about the long way we still have to the scudeto.
From what I saw in the highlights, Verona won a lot of duels and secondary balls which for me is the number one indicator for hunger and willingness to win the game. We lacked it today but hopefully with the way it turned out Inzaghi will keep our guys feet on the ground. As the legendary Wolf said: " Let's not suck each other's dicks yet.." We have a long way to go.
Forza Inter!

This wasnt very nice, but DiMarco on IG apologized and said it was heat of the moment.

We should always keep our cool heads and never do this kind of thing. I can understand Gagliardini doing it to Rabiot, but Verona is Fede`s previous club on loan.
Remember when DiMarco was playing for Verona against Inter? Dude celebrated like crazy

Agreed to an extent. I never wanted Arnautović here  He looks like what many people expect a 16 year old to play like

8 million euro prize to winner, maybe Zhang craves that money
of course we dont care anymore that mickey trophy.
A supercup, scudetto plus UCL semi final is so much better than just scudetto :coffee:

We can do it if we loan swap Cristiano Ronaldo with Arnautovic. Maybe saudis " just for fun" will do it.

Err what exactly is the problem here? We will get at least 7 days rest between super cup and Fio, then 4 days between Fio and Juve, then 6 days between Juve and Roma.

We will have enough rest to deal with these opponents.

If we want to win RuBe on 4th Feb we need both Thuram and Lautaro to play 90 minutes, this means they should play the minimum possible in this supercopa shit.

Imagine Arna and Sanchez against juve

Like 2 years ago, in early Feb vs direct rival to scudetto, but this time it's Juve....

The first thing that stood out was the appalling officiating. The whole referees team were idiot to neglect Bastoni's elbow before Frattesi's goal. It seemed they realized they screwed up so they tried to made it up by awarding a non-existence penalty for Verona. Their horrid performance can only be matched by our very Arnautovic who tried to break a record of how many blunders per minute a football player can commit. We were lucky to earn three points because Verona were a bigger chocker than Inter and the referees being clowns.

How high Arnautovic jumped, I was afraid he will rich the sky and stay there for a while.
