UCL pots for 2022/23. We are in trouble. -
Champions league thread yet?
Nothing can convice me that we won't cop Tottenham, especially if we end up selling someone to them.

Maybe fate can at least give us back that Ajax tie that we were robbed of.

I'm fairly sure someone from Serie A said that big matches between the top 6 will not be scheduled around CL games next season, so that should be an improvement next year. We got done so fucking dirty by that February schedule.

Frankfurt, Porto and Ajax are all beatable teams from pot 1.
Pot 2 actually has better teams than pot 1.

How's JuBe is in pot 2 even though they finished 4th while Inter is in pot 3? I thought pots are about league standings, no?

Next season will be sweet Karma for Milan, and i'm not talking about Karma RX pornstar.
Their saint Pioli will have his usual string of defeats, then their incredible luck they had this season will run out.
I'm more wary of Juve next season, they will surely be up there.

I've been waiting for that for two years. We can't take for granted that that will happen.

Their luck will eventually run out though, it has too. So many wins by a single goal and complete defensive brain farts from their opponents. Acerbi that bastard

What does it matter, though? This feels like a footballing version of the "didn't matter, had sex" saying. Milan could crash and burn and finish midtable next season...Pioli was still the manager when they broke their 11 season Scudetto drought. Those guys are heroes forever at Milan for bringing back the Scudetto that seemed so far from possible just as recently as 26 months ago.

The only "revenge" next season is winning derbies and then the Scudetto. Nothing else matters.
