The big thing is, there's this obsession of trying to separate players into 'good' versus 'bad' players. Like its just a simple category and that's it.

But its so not that simple. Lucio is a prime example - godly during the treble but look how quickly he's come down from there since. What about Guarin? Or Quaresma? Or even Falcao?


It's so much more complicated than some binary good versus bad system, its about the team, the attributes you need, and trying to find a good fit - footballing wise, technique wise, culturally, etc.
