Gazzetta reports Inter might have to just terminate his contract and let him walk for free to Benfica because of the clause.![]()
it doesn't have sense, Sporting offered us 4 mln euro recently and now we are going to release him for free? If we cannot avoid the clause, let him go for free and sell random Primavera kid for 7.5 mln euro or let them take Dalbert.
This screams money under the table.Gazzetta reports Inter might have to just terminate his contract and let him walk for free to Benfica because of the clause.![]()
50% of ticket revenue + hotdog salesMaybe a friendly between the clubs at some year and Benfica pays the money in advance?

i hope thats true and they wont be such bitches as Sporting.there's talk that they'll 'owe' us 7.5m on another transfer, so i guess it just helps us avoid the legal hassle

It's really interesting GdS have been a really good source for Inter in the last two seasons. First to report Kolarov to Inter, Alexis-Dzeko swap offer, separation with Conte, PSG offer for Hakimi, Kolarov renewal and now Joao Mario contract termination. They still jump to call a deal done way too fast but it doesn't change the fact they have some good sources inside the club.
They might have some documentation in writing but of course they dont announce it. It will be a prima facie evidence that they are circumventing the clause under the agreement with Sporting.I don't trust an IOU from another team. I think we're the only ones honorable/dumb enough to actually follow through with something like that.
Nah man, we dont wait that long to make such a logical move. We rather make a hasty move which makes no sense. Its just too stupid to let him go for free while inter can sell him to sporting for 4 million or try sell him to another club. The window transfer is still long
