Still think Portugal will call him up for the WC. He always performs well in the national team. His starting spot is probably in a threat, though.
The match today is like the last nail in the coffin for his Inter career. Obviously, he is not a leader. Unable to recover from the slump of form he is in. Has no determination whatsoever to prove his worth, despite his ability. It's a shame he turns out to be a bust for us. Maybe stick with him until the summer and hope he will do well in WC. Mario had many good games last season tbh. I’m not trying to defend him but it’s unfair to compare him to Quaresma. The latter literally had only one game in his Inter career (I remember that quite well, vs Fiorentina at home 09/10).
