Did this guy actually do anything of any value this season - were any of his goals and/or assists critical in gaining us any points or cup progression?

Only once - he opened the scoring at home against Cremonese - although I'd bet we would have beat them regardless of that.
Every other goal he scored was when were already up by multiple goals (Benfica game we were up 4-1 on aggregate).
After the March international break, he started 9 out of 10 Serie A matches until his injury - I can't recall if he even had a shot on target in any of those matches.

10 years of FIFLoan, sell, contract termination. No matter which, it has to be done. We just had the biggest game in club football, needing to score a goal to get back into the game. With Lukaku already subbed on, this guy was our only attacking sub on the bench. Lack of fitness or coach finally realizing this player is an absolute fraud makes no meaning, the fact alone that on a such situation he didn't come on tells all about his usefulness to the team.
Not only that he didn't get in, nobody even considered him as a possible scorer in that game. He should leave in any deal possible.
He'll want to be considered for Coppa America, which is good for Inter, cause he isn't getting meaningful playing time here.

10 years of FIFhe has been here for 2 seasons was shit 2 years ago and he was still called up to the WC he was just an idiot and somehow got injured. South American teams call up players who don't play all the time and its if a agent or the coach likes X/Y/Z player
