This is the first time I think something may actually happen in terms of him leaving. All the other reports regarding a Saudi team seemed hopeful more than anything. But Inzaghi not playing him to me was the first time I thought this guy may actually leave.

We obviously don't know if Inzaghi or management spoke to him at some point, but hopefully things are happening.

Yeah, the Juric presser tells you all you need to know. Inzaghi sent Correa a message in the Monza fixture. We'll see if he listens.

Torino feels guilty to fail selling Bremer to us so they become our vacuum cleaner. No man in his right mind will buy freaking Correa for 20 M. Not complaining though, now Torino fans can enjoy his plodding and BBQ skill.

Loaned out and we are paying part of his salary.. so depressing man. is he the worst transfer in the history of Inter?

It would be an option.

But I won't get why would we put such option there. Maybe for the case he somehow plays THAT well? You can always negotiate the fee lower like we did with Lazaro. Still hardly makes sense to overshoot the option that much. Maybe 18-20m and then if he's not worth that for Torino, probably isn't, negotiate to the book value.

All this of course requires Correa to play well enough that he's actually wanted at Torino for relatively high price. That's unlikely. But irrelevant for us at this point.

Hmm, actually his book value should be less than 10m next summer. It's now 16-17m and next summer half of that. Meaning we should definitely be able to sell him without minusvalenza next summer unless he completely tanks the season. In this sense, setting option to over 20m doesn't make any sense.

If we agree to pay part of his salary but then could have some small loan fee to cover part of the amortization cost, that would be good.

So, Marotta is "forcing" Correa to leave. I don't hear people complaining about it.

Unfortunately the likes of Correa, Gagliardini etc. usually don't care and prefer to get their pay check instead.
