i always have doubt tha leo would not stay long with us... his 1,5 year contract with us also shows this.
Perhaps MM called Mou and decides that after 1.5 years mou will come and Leo assume another role. Leo was related to us to be one of directors before.. so the relationship could still continue... Leo said he didnt wanna coach.. may be he stll does..
He just wanna prove to Berlusconi that heis very good coach

I just don't think Jose would quit Madrid so early ( 1 season ). That's not him, but Perez could think otherwise.

Every Real Madrid manager has had problems with the job...not much of a prediction.

Meanwhile, all of the Inter fans who were predicting Mou's success at RM and beating Barca, THAT was a helluva prediction :rollani:

Just had a think, unless Real win anything I don't think he'll leave. If he gets asked about the question of ''failing'' at Real then he needs something to keep them quiet.

All depends on how the next Clasico goes I think.

So just because he did not beat Barcelona in the first match means he has been unsuccessful?

48 points, second place in La Liga
Halfway into the semifinals of Copa del Rey
16 points and first place in Champions League Group G

I know that the loss to Barcelona is one major failure, but I do not understand how you can say he has been unsuccessful so far??

Cause in his League, only those 2 matches count which is absolutely hilarious.

Mou is doing a great job at RM and it's not his fault that you're expected to win 37 games to win that shitty La Liga. Sometimes you're just not lucky enough and no matter how good you play you might not score. See that one game against Almeria could cost them the La Liga. Speaking of failure? Bullshit! He did make some wrong decisions in that Barca game though but this is not enough to call his career with Madrid is a failure or anything other than atleast Decent!

Au contraire, mon frère...I'd love for Mou to continue on, that circus helps Barca maintain their focus...plus, makes the winning all the more sweeter

That's what happens when you draw your own conclusions, you look silly there Vito considering I never said those things...You love to go from A to B and end up at Q, rather than stick to what I've been writing.

I didn't say he's been unsuccessful...I said his tenure would be dubious at best, from the outset...That the marriage at the capital club would never work for very long...That he'd alienate fans, alienate referees, opposing managers, alienate his sporting director and create unnecessary drama where there needn't be any...Check on all of those...and it continues to be that way

Getting pummeled at the Clasico only reinforced many of these things:

1. Put Real Madrid in a hard position when he expresses his desire to train for Portugal simultaneously while managing RM
2. Damage the image of Real Madrid jumping to San Siro with a three in his hand to remind the fans of Milan his treble with Inter.
3. Organize a sad scene in an European Cup match against Ajax for Sergio Ramos, Xabi Alonso to get yellows.
4. Say it was nonnegotiable Casillas went to Oviedo to collect the Prince of Asturias. Iker went anyway.
5. Not finding alternative solutions to injury problems and ask for signings publicly even knowing signings the club has already spent all the last two years.
6. The massive insult and controversy involving Preciado.
7. To suggest that Villa, Spanish and world champion, had cost a lot of money and not one goal...Yet, he scored twice against him.
8. Disparaging Pedro León in public before a Champions League match, humiliating him.
9. Challenging the work of coaches from other teams when they play against Barcelona...Accusing managers of failing to even try.
10. Saying Sergio Ramos, the same day he injured his knee, that he wouldnt play anyway against Zaragoza.
11. Not being able to restore order among his assistants, of permanent anger during the games.
12. To be so vain and bold as to qualify himself with 11.
13. Audacity to make a list of errors against the referee, after a match...Yet never seems to produce a list of errors that have worked in his favor...RM lead La Liga in penalty decisions.
14. Most penalized/sanctioned manager in La Liga
15. Disrespected at several turns, already, one of the legends of the club - Valdano...Yet again, thinking he's more important than those who have served longer and done more
16. And now throwing his tenure at the club into uncertainty, 6 months into the job, by claiming he will have to re-evaluate whether he continues on

Took all of about 10 minutes, actually...Truth is, I fear I've left out some of his other shenanigans but I'm sure there will be more to add to the list

And make up?...How long did it take for you to come up with that clever response?...They're all facts, senor

1. Put Real Madrid in a hard position when he expresses his desire to train for Portugal simultaneously while managing RM

He has done that here with Inter as well, as well as Chelsea.

2. Damage the image of Real Madrid jumping to San Siro with a three in his hand to remind the fans of Milan his treble with Inter.

How has he done that???

3. Organize a sad scene in an European Cup match against Ajax for Sergio Ramos, Xabi Alonso to get yellows.

This I agree with. It was a unique event, very unprofessional BUT not against the rules but that puzzled everyone.

4. Say it was nonnegotiable Casillas went to Oviedo to collect the Prince of Asturias. Iker went anyway.

Maybe Iker had a discussion with him. Did Mourinho vent his fury at Iker afterwards???

5. Not finding alternative solutions to injury problems and ask for signings publicly even knowing signings the club has already spent all the last two years.

He knows the ridiculous amount of Revenue Madrid earns. He in not at Inter anymore. He demanded signings but at the same time said that he'll work with what he has.

6. The massive insult and controversy involving Preciado.

I have no clue about this.

7. To suggest that Villa, Spanish and world champion, had cost a lot of money and not one goal...Yet, he scored twice against him.

He has always succeeded in such verbal attacks. When he was at Chelsea, he always did this against Ronaldo and co-incidently he never scored against his side. I guess this tactic finally didn't work. ;)

8. Disparaging Pedro León in public before a Champions League match, humiliating him.

Has humiliated Mario and Joe Cole as well.

9. Challenging the work of coaches from other teams when they play against Barcelona...Accusing managers of failing to even try.

Check La Liga results. The ridiculous amount of goals your team scores. I wouldn't Discharge that.
10. Saying Sergio Ramos, the same day he injured his knee, that he wouldnt play anyway against Zaragoza.

There could be numerous reasons for that statement. He watches him in training, we don't.
11. Not being able to restore order among his assistants, of permanent anger during the games.

He has always been like this. Where were you in the last 2 years with us?? How many times he was banned from the sidelines?? All the gestures, vents of fury, forgotten??
12. To be so vain and bold as to qualify himself with 11.

That's Mourinho.

13. Audacity to make a list of errors against the referee, after a match...Yet never seems to produce a list of errors that have worked in his favor...RM lead La Liga in penalty decisions.

Many coaches have been like that in football history.

14. Most penalized/sanctioned manager in La Liga

What happened with him here in Italy?

15. Disrespected at several turns, already, one of the legends of the club - Valdano...Yet again, thinking he's more important than those who have served longer and done more

The Madridisti I have talked to support Mourinho in this issue. They say Valdano will make Jose walk away in the summer.

16. And now throwing his tenure at the club into uncertainty, 6 months into the job, by claiming he will have to re-evaluate whether he continues on

That is a vote of no confidence I agree.

Oh really so when you said the following:

Meanwhile, all of the Inter fans who were predicting Mou's success at RM and beating Barca, THAT was a helluva prediction :rollani:

That did not mean you thought he was having an unsuccessful season? Do you know how sarcasm works? When you sarcastically say it was a good prediction that Mourinho would be successful at RM, that means that you infact believe he has not been successful at RM. 90% of your stupid argument includes off the field "problems"...who gives a shit?? If at the end of the season he wins La Liga or CL or both do you honestly think your stupid laundry list will mean anything?? You have all these lists of problems with other clubs, managers, tactics or players, but you never have any problems with your own fucked up organization...

Barcelona is the perfect team for an arrogant prick like you that is full of excuses, truly a match made in heaven. Now go back to watching the CL semifinals from last year again so you can cry about the loss and continue to try to find more excuses why the "unbeatable" Barcelona lost....

Fair enough Ali but we're talking RM...These issues might work at other clubs but they do not at RM...And Valdano is not some peon or random name...He's a club legend that played a huge rule in their resurgence in the 90s...Legend really and even I have a ton of respect for him as a culé

Jorge Valdano, the same man who has previously & publicly described Mou’s football as ‘shit on a stick’...Then the game that Mou decided to play in December to try and circumvent Valdano and make his transfer plea directly with Perez...He did it through the media in a clear sign of disrespect to Valdano...Valdano then returns the favor after the Almeria match wondering why he needed a #9 when he left Benzema on the bench...There's a rift and at any club that is destabilizing but at RM where a club legend is involved, it won't matter that the other is Mourinho

And let’s not forget the showboating in front of Villarreal’s bench where he made the ridiculous claim that he was cheering with his son :palm:…Pure classlessness

Mourinho’s problems started in the Copa del Rey…With RM cruising to a 5-1 home win over Real Murcia, the RM coach told the referee the Spanish equivalent of go fuck yourself…For that misdemeanor, the Real coach received a one game touchline ban…Mourinho’s response was to complain, stating, there’s one rule for me and one rule for everyone else. (A refrain that he has sung over & over for many years)

The fight with the referees intensified in December when a ten man RM narrowly beat Sevilla 1-0 in the Bernabéu…After the game, Mourinho came to the press conference and read out a list of 13 refereeing errors he said took place during the match…The list included errors related to offsides, fouls and even the amount of stoppage time played …Despite this never happening in world football (Name an occasion where a manager came out with a list of refereeing 'errors'), Mou conveniently never seems to produce his own laundry list of refereeing ‘errors’ that favor his club….Surely, more of there’s one rule for me and one rule for everyone else. :rollani:

Unai Emery, Valencia manager responded: “Mourinho’s stance is that of a crybaby. We have reasons to draw up a list with errors and to make a public complaint for every time we have been adversely affected, but we don’t.”

In Spain, the RFEF have responded with sarcasm...In an article that previewed RM’s upcoming cup game against Atlético Madrid, the RFEF website stated Turienzo Álvarez would referee the match under the watchful eye of Mourinho.

Gijon manager Preciado’s rage after being accused of throwing the match with Barca: "Who the *#&$£ does he think he is to say things like that? Who does he think he is to say that about a team like us: a humble side that fights to the very last to stay in the top flight? Well, we might be poor but we're not idiots. He is a bad colleague, egotistical. He is a canalla (Roughly, a scumbag)"

In 2007 Sir Alex Ferguson said, "He's come out with stuff about referees and I think he is the last person who should ever talk about referees, goodness me. His clubs have been involved in so many things about referees over the years. I think Jose should button his lip now for good, for the rest of the season."

In 2007, CR when asked about Mourinho’s complaints: "He always has to say something because he can't admit his failures. The whole world knows how Mourinho is...he never recognises he is wrong."

Milan manager Massimo Allegri: "He sets a bad example and insulted everybody in Italy. He was here for two years and insulted everybody."

Early into his stint with Inter he ridiculed Catania saying his side's win was so easy that even he could have played in goal and they would have won…Catania director Pietro Lo Monaco hit back saying, "Mourinho is, plain and simple, the kind of guy who should get smashed in the teeth."

Of course, then there’s Frisk and his ‘retirement’ from the game due to death threats that were spurred by Mou’s nonsensical claims… UEFA referees' committee chairman Volker Roth was appalled with Mourinho's behaviour and lashed; "We can't accept that one of our best referees has been forced to quit because of this. People like Mourinho are the enemy of football."

Respect...Mou does not seem to value this principle and even if I despise RM, I know their image means everything to them...It has been an embarrassing ride for them in only 6 months despite mostly winning...That incident of running around at the Camp Nou?...Perez et al would never allow Mou to pull an act like that

RM invested almost €100m (£82m) in paying off Pellegrini and signing Mourinho and his staff...I'd say, so far, their return on their investment has not been great...Should he bolt in the summer, apart from conceding defeat to Barca, that will also seal Perez' fate as well
