This club has similarities to our club in terms of culture. They have a 'win-or-GTFO' mentality with managers. The managers seat at RM has been a poison chalice for 60 years. If players have lost Mourinho, then I'm not sure who has the capacity to change the mentality with these players.

Unfortunately, the club holds its players in higher regard than the manager. Just imagine what Real Madrid would be like if they had a Barca/Man U culture ? Which is a reflection of a deeply engrained culture created by a system that works and have stuck with diligently For two decades.
