Honestly, I don't see the harm Cafe, he has not featured at all this season, yes he's coming back from injury, but there aren't that many games in the season left and he does not have to play the full 90 minutes, if he can put in a decent 60 minute shift alongside Cambiasso and Poli ( I wish that was the lineup we were going with ) what is the worst that could happen, he re-injures himself and never plays? That's what he's been doing anyway...
