I'm fine with loaning him here as long as there's no mandatory option. I, like everyone else, want Scalvini here but let's be honest lol Koulibally is a great signing.

Maybe, just maybe, they would be interested in

10mil + Dalbert for Koulibaly?

It will be a waiting game with Chelsea. It was always going to be unlikely Chelsea would accept loan deals in June. They accepted it last summer with Lukaku but the main reason had to do with Tuchel who wanted Lukaku gone at all costs.

But if they're both at Chelsea come August and Poch doesn't include them in his plans they could be more willing to accept loan deals in order to offload a part of their massive wages. It will count entirely on whether the players are willing to reject any offers they may have and wait for Inter. Unless Lukaku receives a crazy offer from Saudi Arabia i think he will. I am not so sure about Koulibaly.

We should just drop the loan plan if they are not interested in loans in mid-July.

We should already have alternative plans and probably have. We should proceed with those within week or two if Chelsea front is quiet with the loans.

?

Saudis offer a lot more money to the player and to the selling club as well.
Well, we were the masters of bringing hasbeens. Vidal, Dzeko, Acerbi, Darmian and so on and on. Not anymore, Saudis are now big players and they are taking hot old prospects that we used to bring. We are runing out of options lol

Apparently Saudis are buying everyone in sight. I wish they would show some interest for Correa so we could make some money out of him. But honestly, Koulibaly has quite a few years left on his shoulder if he is willing to take a paycut and play in Serie A.

Money can do wonders but I wouldn't just give up on my career that early.

Koulibaly never made much sense for Inter. Massive wages, coming from a poor season and we don't even know if he can play in a back 3.

I wanted him here, I think he could have played RCB, but only for the right amount.

Glad he's following the money in a way, forces our management to think outside the box a bit. Or at least secure our future by going for Scalvini.

But we're going to entertain the option of Demiral (15-20m) with Becao (8-12m) as the alternative, you just know it :D

Koulibaly would have been a perfect add as a loan deal at this point. But too many limitations including him having to restrict his salary only year after he got his massive deal. And no connection to Inter so no wonder he's not pushing the move.
