Another awful performance despite the lead. Maicon did well to combine with Stankovic I think it was for the first goal but other than that he has had so many poor passes and dropped balls, like most of the team, that's it's humuorus.

Hoping for a better second because this was painfull to watch.

So many mistakes by Maicon. I hope he'll improve in the second half. Overall a quite bad performance by us actually. The only players I'm pleased with are Crespo, Zanetti and of course as always impressive Cesar.

We had no focus. Everytime somebody gets the ball they just simply passed it, without looking at whom to pass. Crespo is the calmest to play so far. Ibra looks like he's in pain. JC is the only one that has his head & heart on the field tonight. If Lazio is more persistent & we don't change the way we play, they'll make goals on the 2nd half.

Beside the goal we were plain awful in the first half. No movement across the field – it’s so bad that you almost feel sorry for the player on the ball as he has no one to play to. Further way too many passes are going wrong as we again are seeing a parched up team on the pitch.
Just as in our game last week Cambiasso’s pressing in the middle of the park is missing as Lazio is almost in full control in the department. Also, yet again it seems as if we only have 2 men on the pitch. Our captain and J Cesar – the rest of our players are still warming up!
A hell of an improvement in the sec half is required if we are to leave Rome with 3 points tonight!

Chivu's tackle was perfect,he clearly got the ball,not a penalty at all..

If you wish to talk about controversy think Dabo's shoot(Cesar's excellent save),the ball went CLEARLYout of the line before the frenchman's kick..

Maniche tries a lot and I like it..
Zanetti always the best..
Crespo once again proves his clinical finishing..

Ofcourse I am happy we didn't concede a penalty but I just meant to say that the media will have a story for sure. I have seen the replays 8/9 times and thought that Chivu hit his foot first. Anywaz, who cares now.

We really should change the way we are playing.

Bring in Suazo and ?? but we have to do it soon ..
