This is the most stupid thing i've read since long time, you dont rate players ability by their price, beacuse if we do it, Mario > Icardi, Skriniar, Perisic and all of our squad.

Roma, Napoli and Rube has much better squad than us, and i also think Lazio have better playes than ours in some positions.

Brozović is not even remotely close to be worthwhile Inter player
B.Valero solid bench player to calm things down when we;re already winning, eventually starter against Sassuolo , that would be his role at Jube.

He showed so much improvement at the start (as many of our coaches do), where is this football we played that made Inter enjoyable to watch, why has it resulted in mindless crosses. We may as well have just kept Pioli or Mancini if this is how his team plays. Serious changes needs to be made by the end of January, rotate the front 3 more often and give Karamoah a chance.

When you finish a game with a back three with 2 attacking fullbacks in it and still cant score there is a serious problem

We are lack an AMC who can break thru the middle. Someone who can drag out opponents out of their box. Someone with creativity. We can't depend this position on Mario or Brozovic. This is the main reason why we keep playing with crosses, because no one in the centre to give the wingers more options than just crossing to Icardi.

As someone mentioned in the Sassuolo match thread, we've stopped playing any semblance of decent football since we retired the Gagliardini-Vecino-Borja trio in the middle. Maybe a return to something that was working would be welcome, we could at least go back to grinding out results. Still, he should get the reinforcements he requests in the winter seeing as he's still done a remarkable job up to this point. Who on Earth would have thought we'd be getting to the halfway point of the season with only two losses?

i'm not saying a player who earns more money per month IS automatically better than a player who earns less.

Our next 4 games:

Inter - Milan
Inter - Lazio
Fiorentina - Inter
Inter - Roma

It's difficult seeing us get the full 9 points in those league games but there's still enough opportunity for the team to make us forget about this horrible month and get us back on track for the CL places and even the title race if we somehow manage to win them.

I just do not see us getting 9 points off those games based on how we have performed in these last 4-5 games.But i would love for us to stay unbeaten during this extremely difficult phase coming up.Building another unbeaten streak can bring back the confidence which we had before December i think.So hopefully we once more see the Gags-Valero-Vecino midfield and stop getting caught on the counter and once again become hard to score against.

Just like he was praised when he got things right he should get critisized when he get things wrong. And he got the lineup wrong yesterday. D'Ambrosio has always been poor as a LB and Cancelo just confirmed what i had already thought of him before he joined Inter. He's good at going forward but pretty poor as a defender. Regardless, we could still have won if Icardi had a better day. My main concern about Spalletti is his stubborness with 4-2-3-1 even though we lack a proper trequartista. I think 4-3-3 is better suited for the players we currently have. I can understand him sticking with the system when things are going well but in the last games it's obvious system isn't really working. I was expecting from him to try something new after Udinese. He was more flexible at Roma.

I think 4-3-3 will isolate Icardi further and we will depend even more on crosses. None of our midfielders have the nose to penetrate into the box and when we have one he can't shoot. We don't have long range shooter as well. Unfortunately, i think this team needs AMC who can join the midfield with the forward. A 3 man midfield will just see us being rolled over again and again.

i agree, we have physical and fast players like Candreva and Pericic who only do good when they have spaces, that's why i expect us to perform better against teams who don't sit back. but to win serie A you need players that can get you 3 points against small teams who defend with 10 players, we had Ibrahimovic who used to do that for us.
we need technical creative players who can hold the ball when pressured, and who can dribble and take their man not only outrun him.

Pastore is a good start.
