Beppe doesn't have a presence like Jose, but as a matter of fact, who wouldn't look the same if he was an assistant manager to Jose ? Jose is one in a million in this aspect (media/showman) and pretty much anybody would be pale in comparison.

Also, I think that more important aspects of Beppes work, are the ones we don't see, so it's almost impossible for us to judge him about his work.

Like I've said in the matchthread

I guess Jose decided that other qualities of Matrix are more important, than qualities of Cafe, and overall Matrix was better match for this game.

It's not only speed that defines the good deffender after all guys.

Lets hope he was right.
