Thohir will pay 50m to Moratti, and 200m to the debts - rather than 250m to Moratti, who will then spend 200 on the debts.

Just to be pedantic. The technical term is that Thohir is assuming the debts of the company he's taking over - which is quite standard business practise anyway.

What it DOES do, though, is it goes to show how badly Inter are being run - we're basically being valued at like 70m for the club...
