Again, thats ultimately irrelevent. What is relevant is that the clubs have money to spend, and are/near competing with the best. What you can criticize them for, is their transfers - but the point is, they have spent a lot of money on transfers (and have it available).

These are profitable clubs signing players for large sums of money.
