Guys, every player has a value. If an offer comes above that value, then we must consider it. That is the sad reality of the situation. Specially if the player also wants to move.
If we get 35m for Kova, that is not a bad deal per se. What matters more is how we spend that money.
Yes 35m is a fair price. But selling him when the league is just about to start is just yao worthy. Totally disrupts any continuity we had in our midfield. Add to that we have only 2 or 3 weeks to find an adequate replacement. Who then won't even have time to gel with the team when the season starts.
Like Nero said, the timing is horribly wrong.
