The Youth Project​

Goals:

- Play the youngster out of position [1st step to ruin Kovačić accomplished.]


- Play him in a MF with Zanetti, Cambiasso and Stankovic. [Pending]


- Play him in the last ten minutes of the game while Inter is behind. [Pending]


- When he manages to put a good performance don't play him again for a long time or ever. [Pending]


- Loan him to demonstrate that he was not good enough for Inter. [Pending]

- If he succeeds in his loan, bring him back (doesn't matter if he wants to stay at the loaning club to keep getting playing time) [Pending]

- Say publically that he's the center of the project with the whole intention of destroying all his hopes and dreams at a later date. [Pending]

- Buy at least one or preferably two older players (they must over 30) that play in his position to use as a good excuse to not play him regularly. If those older players are out of shape and can barely run without having a heart-attack this will further help destroy the mentality of the young player. [Pending]

- If all these objectives are accomplished at the same time with various young players, the chances of success will be greatly improved.

That is my desire, and I can understand that we will make Kovačić the center of our game. But we need other younger players coming into the team, too.
