If he has a good mentality and personality..
The defeat to fio will not effect anything to him..

He just play 3 game.
And if already feel frustrated, then he's now worth it for a cent.

We can't afford to play both Kovacic and kuz in front of the defense. They both basically a deep lying playmaker (although kovacic is a natural born trequartista who successfully adapt as regista). One of the will become less effective. If strama wants to use full potential of kovacic, he must sacrifice kuz. Or play kovacic as trequartista not guarin.

The worst mistake Strama made was subbing him out. I honestly hope it was fatigue since he played 90 minutes in EL, or minor injury, because there is no fucking explanation why he was subbed. One of our better players in the first half, the only one who moved a bit and could change the tempo of the game...

Everything is going exactly the way I thought it would.

Kovačić is standing out because he is playing next to Gargano, Kuzmanović, Guarin(his physical attributes are impressive but his composure and football iq leave a lot to be desired) but he is nowhere near close to being a difference maker at this level.

While I have no problem with playing him right now and playing him big minutes I certainly doubt Inter is a right enviroment for him to develop. Inter is toxic, unstable club where long term planning is a day to day thing. Our coach is a clueless pussy not proven in any aspect. And so on..

Kovačić and JJ will probably become pretty good players(they are already thanks to their talent alone) but I have serious doubts they can maximize their potential at Inter.

the best thing a young player can do is try to shine at a club doing badly. if you cna do that, you will probably be able to shine at a club doing well.

It can also lead you into developing a lot of bad habits and not develop the right way.

I don't see anyone teaching those guys how to play the game atm. They still manage because they are bloody good though.

That is why they'll both leave this club in 2 years.

bad habits? not developing the right way?

How so?

Some of the best players in recent history were forged in some serious trials - because they have to battle for every inch. Passion is as much of a question as talent. Obviously I'm not advocating they stay at a middling side until they are 25, 26, but in their formative years at 18-21, they can learn an awful lot from the drama and, well, sadness that surrounds a club doing as poorly as we are doing right now.

If we continue like this I have no doubt they'll probably end up leaving, but thats at least 2+ seasons away right now. What they are getting is a lot of experience at a top-ish club which is having a very bad time, which gives them alot of the tougher mentality they need for future life. Or else you end up producing the youngsters that United produced a few years ago, and then selling them all to clubs like Sunderland for next-to-no money.

We certainly need someone who could protect the defence while at the DM position and Cambiasso, Gargano can do that. Without them at DM, we will continue to leak goals.

Name those players that developed into world class player in similar circumstances like Kovačić is facing at Inter now.

Stramaccioni is not really coaching this team(and Kovačić) and has a real chance to be fired any second(just like the next guy), expected to carry a load from day one since other midfielders can't really play football.

Xavi & Iniesta did it in a comparatively poor Barca side, for example (during a time where, after Xavi's first season they finished 2nd, it only went down from there to 4th, 6th, etc), Fabregas only played 1 season with the "full" invincibles side at Arsenal before it got dismantled and has been going downhill ever since.

Eto'o came to prominence at Mallorca which, while he was there, finished 10th, 3rd, 16th, 9th, 11th...

Torres at Athletico finished (reverse chronological order) 7th, 10th, 11th, 7th, 12th, and finished winners in the La Liga Secunda in his 2nd season, 4th in his 1st.

Lampard at West Ham finished 14th, 8th, 5th, 9th, 15th, then he moved to Chelsea which finished 6th, 4th, 2nd... Obviously has a lot of overlap with John Terry too...

Gerrard's first 5 seasons at Liverpool were 7th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 5th...

Zidane in France was: 4th (UEFA cup), 19th (relegated), 3rd (moved to Bordeaux), 4th, 7th, 16th...

Ribery was 16th, 3rd (Galatasaray), 5th (Marseille), 2nd

hello, i think gargano must play becaouse of his charsteristics that are valuable for team. kovačić should play i think dcm where he is gona have ball allot and gargano could watch his back. this is my opinion and i think that maybe team isn't well balanced with too much offensive players or formation is too offensive, maybe 442 or 4411 will be better. sorry for my english but i think is understandable. and stop swearing, is not good for you
