Peaking is fulfilling your potential. Those guys never did...

Peaking doesn't mean fulfilling your potential. It's just when you are at your best. Adriano peaked but didn't hit his full potential.

You have an apple tree.

It has a shitty little apple on it that never grew to be a nice, juicy apple but it remained a shitty little apple at it's best.

Would you say that the apple peaked?

Yes. It has a crap peak but a peak nonetheless.

It was initially different but I deleted it because it was a bit insulting.

So you're telling me that everyone and everything ever has reached it's peak?

No that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that every player's career has a peak. I'm not saying that everyone reaches the peak of their potential. Potential has nothing to do with it.

Let's take Mauro Zarate. You could agree he never hit his peak of his potential. Yet his career peaked at Lazio.

That is reasonable...There is a very big difference between a career and a person.

Next time you speak about this you will have to specify otherwise you will be destroyed.

By the time he learns how to shoot properly, MVD will be having my baby.

i dont have a good eye in him for this season. hope im wrong.

i dont understand why he cant play AM, has almost all the characteristics. when he plays in midfield it feels like we get overrun half of the time, and he is to far from goal to make a difference.

He doesn't make decisions quick enough tbh, he's better in a deeper role because he has a bit more time and can dribble out of trouble thus setting up a counter attack.

We do seem to get overrun at times with him in midfield, but the advantages he brings us in attacking outweigh that for me.

He'll only get better defensively, he also needs to be played in a set position for an extended period of time.

Sorry for going off topic:

The Coutinho shit will go on until he retires. Selling him was the right decision. Also, the price was adequate for what he had shown at Inter. Some blokes will never understand that some players are better suited for certain leagues. Coutinho was never meant for Serie A. That became even more clear when he had promising 6 months in Spain and then returned only to put on mediocre performances again. The Coutinho thread is full of sorry fucks whining and lamenting every week.

I'm not defending our management, as we all know that there were many yao-worthy decisions made in the past years. The sale of Coutinho wasn't one of them.

Indeed, I said it and I will say it again, Coutinho was a shit talent.

Pirlo was too weak to play in AM for us, he was never gonna become a good player there with us, we were also right to sell him. Milan only got lucky because they had an injury crisis at the DM position and Pirlo volunteered to play there. And this resulted in them recreating the regista position for him.

Also Seedorf, he was hella inconsistent, and he was also fucking Ronaldo's wife. So he definitely had to leave.

You see, every decision the management made had a good reason behind it. There is no doubt about the decisions we made to sell them, just that we never made enough effort to help nourishing our own talent.

Grass is always greener on the other side, somehow our talents always (in many cases) become shit when they come, and there is nothing we can do/were willing to do to help them settle.

As consolation we made Real Madrid look pretty bad when we turned Solari into a left wing God.

Milan are interested in Kovacic and are ready to offer €30m to Inter, however, Inter don't want to sell. #Sportitalia

Gazzetta's @carlolaudisa confirms Milan's interest in Kovacic and adds that Milan will try to convince Inter to sell the midfielder.
