we over paid for a 30YO striker and renewed chivu for 2.5 a season, this deal is incredible compared to that even if the player isn't

Transfer fee is perfect, but Salary are we overpaying? He has been above average at best, nothing great. 2m a year would mean that we will struggle to flog him next year if he turns out to be yet another provincial boy who couldn't step up. A low initial salary with lots of bonuses would make sense, but then it is Branca who we is dealing. We can never expect a deal where he doesn't screw up at least one aspect.
