How many possibilities could have a player like Destro to get some playing time with Lazio or Genoa?..imho somewhere close to 1% and the proof is that both teams refused to include Destro in the trade.
If he would have 1% chance to feature at Lazio, then he would have 0,01% chance of featuring at Inter.
I think it's better for him to have 1% chance, than 0,01% chance :>
We do it everytime, and the players don't get chances and loan and loan until they retire or play in Serie B team.

You totally miss the concept. The player kills his carear, when he goes to a STRONGER TEAM, not to a weaker team. The closes example is Lupoli, a player who was doing wonders in Parma, but because he was greedy, he went to England. Now look, where his carear is.
THIS is when players carear is killed. It's not because Inter loan players to weaker teams. If they didn't succed at weaker teams, its in 90% of the cases, because they weren't good enough, not to mention good enough for a team like Inter.
