We have some serious lack of leadership and winning mentality. That meltdown like in the last 15mins of Empoli match cannot happen again. It was fucking EMPOLI and it was at MEAZZA!

I feel we can't fix this with barellas and chiesas. We will get Godin which is great but we need more. We need more winning players, winning mentality, players who have done it before, know the pressure but don't care about it. I don't know who would be available who fits this requirement but we need that kind of players. One Conte can't change that in this squad.

We are pretty fucked with this squad, we can't sign 9 players so at the very least Icardi, Perisic, Dalbert, Mario and Valero need to leave. That's 5 players which is doable.

We need to sign about 5-6 players at least 2 of which need to be star players.

Yes I know and as an example I wasn't happy with Rakitic rumors either (they died already).

But then I see matches like Empoli and after the match I'm like: "What the fuck did I just watch?"

I really have no idea which players we should target but it's very hard to see us get to top level fast with only young players (or shitty veterans for instance, just to state the obvious). We need also experience and winners. Perfect mix would be bot young talent and experienced winner veterans.

As of now we still don't know who is supposed to be our coach next season and we also don't know who is leaving Inter, let alone who is coming. So what we need now is to sell quickly, but not before the next coach is established or Spalletti is confirmed to continue for one more year.
