What part of the fucking "we are in financial trouble" is difficult to understand?
If the whole situation will ameliorate only with flipping Lukaku with Bellotti (the latter with significant less fee and transfer cost) plus offloading Kolarov, Young, Vidal, Mario, Nainggolan and even Sanchez, but in the same time keeping the whole team together, I will be more than happy.

If we are to sell for financial issue, then I think that it should be Lukaku. Hopefully, a great offer comes. Reason being obvious, he is in the peak of his career and might slowly decline in few years time. Once he loses his speed, he would be a gone case, due to the fact that technically, he seems bad.
Conte was a huge factor for him excelling here. Yeah, does well for Belgium as well but we will lose alot if we dont sell him now or next season and may be, I still have hope from Martinez and do not want to lose Hakimi either. No other players sale would help us with the financial thing.

Of all our important players, i.e. our defence, Barella, Brozovic, Hakimi, Lautaro and Hakimi, he should be the first to be sold.

And IF we need to still do it, selling Hakimi wouldn't make sense. He's been on our books for one year so his book value is still over 30m€. The sale price would have to be VERY high to make any sense to sell him for plusvalenza purposes (like 80m€).

Yeah don't think they are delusional to think we can sell him no problem, or he is replaceable. They probably share our sentiment about him or what we wrote here regarding his uniqueness, we just need money NOW and hakimi is the easiest and most productive deal in terms of money we can do.
And fuck suning, the actual groundwork of this club is so pathetic that on one moment where we showed ambition we completely collapsed, and that's on them.

We need to understand one thing that we depend on offers and not our will to sale. I mean, of course there are players which are less important than Hakimi, but he's the only one who got offers. We dont really have a choice.

I get that but at least give it a bit time. The season just finished. Many teams are going to look for a striker this summer. I believe it's only a matter of time before we receive offers for any of our forwards. Especially if they have great tournaments with their national teams. And if Conte gets the Real job, or any other, he will certainly ask for Lukaku. I don't get this rush. Can't they wait at least a month? It's not like PSG interest is going to die down. There's no one else close to Hakimi level they could realistically sign.

So I think we need to sell one of Lukaku or Lautaro and Sanchez will most likely get a golden handshake.
So after sale I think we try to find one cheaper forward max 15-20m fee and 2-4m salary and that will be loan with obligation/option. Then one older free backup forward and we keep Pinamonti or Esposito.
Vidal will also most likely get golden handshake. If we are lucky we will sell one of Gags or Vecino but I think they will stay with Eriksen, Barella, Brozovic. Sensi might go but I hope he stay, cause he have talent and we need some depth. Maybe Ausilio will find some cheap loan deal or free transfer with much lower wages than Vidal? Radja, Joao Mario and Agoume will be loaned. I hope Brozovic will continue and renew with us cause I cant see anybody pay him more than 15-25m with one year contract left.
We dont have money to acquire Hakimi so he will move on. So Perisic and Dimarco will be LWB and Darmian will be starting RWB. I think and hope Dambro continue with us one more season with 1-1,5m wage he is Interisti and can cover RCB too. Lazaro and Dalbert most likely will continue at loan, but can also have opportunity if Dambro dont stay? We can also expect one loan wingback like Emerson, Alonso, Moses if salary is low and if we dont get/keep Dimarco? Young will go to Watford.
Maybe Skriniar will be sold and that depend on Lukaku or Lautaro fee? If he is sold we will likely go after someone cheap like Izzo and maybe we might go someone like Milenkovic with loan + obligation, but I doubt it? I think Bastoni and De Vrij will continue and I would renew Ranocchia too. Then we try to get Maksimovic or someone free agent and maybe bring Pirola back? Kolarov will move on.

Yeah, I would wait for Conte to get his new job before selling any players. Whatever offer we can get now, we can probably get more from Conte. Specially if we are thinking of selling Lukaku.

I believe selling Lukaku can still happen. If Inzaghi did the complete opposite and said 'We'll try to sell you' but then he stays at the end, the Romelu-Inzaghi dynamic would be too funny.

The Emerson (from Barca) rumours are true, which probably means selling Hakimi is also true. Barcelona is in full selling mode for this summer.
In other news: Depay is waiting to see if Koeman will stay at Barca or not. Out of all the 'free' players lined up for Barca, he is the one (+Dollaruma) that didn't have a medical in Barcelona as of yet. So Depay could still be an option if one of our starting strikers leave.
