I think Suning must splashsssss the cash for Mancini and I mean really splashshhs...

Mancini needs all the help for our owners, cause of his incompetence as a coach. Mancini took control about year and a half ago and nothing has really chanced! Something must chance now and if our managment really believe our coach they must confes that Mancini cant do shit with these players and they must try to get someone like Aguero or Messi to save his as or take their heads out of their ass and get a real coach like Pellegrini or Blanc!

Forza Inter

The squad list is definately good enough to get Inter to CL. It seems now that the biggest obstacles are few members who think they are bigger than the club (Icardi, Mancini, Handanovic). Management should get their act together and let go these when they have a good chance. We are wasting another year because of this.

Based on what is De Boer a good replacement? His record in european football is even worse then mancini...

Don't know a much about De Boer but when it comes that your coach is not motivated and cannot renew his tactics when necessary then you have to think about who could be a best who is available. De Boer is still quite young for a coach and have coached only one club so I don't think you can compare him straigh to Mancini's records. I can think many reasons why De Boer would fail as Inter coach but there isn't many options available now is it? Pellegrini is another who is available but I haven't followed him that closely either. And yes Roma's former coach Rudi García.

I don't have any favourite for Mancio's replacement. It is not a good time to chance the coach. We should have though about this after season was finished. IMO with this squad you won't need to make miracles to reach our goal which is the CL spot just good basic coaching.

European football is not our concern at the moment. Our concern is to get SOME kind of system working for our football team. Mancini has clearly lost it totally and doesn't get anything out of the squad.

Honestly this is a disaster waiting to happen but it also seems if we don't do anything, it will be a disaster also then.

Yeah, awful timing and probably that ownership change thing has really distracted everyone to see the bigger picture. It's sad but we really need someone high enough in the management hierarchy who actually understands something about football. Ausilio is not high enough apparently or he's incompetent. Sticking with Mancio after last season was a mistake.

I just want somebody who can actually implement a fucking game plan. If we can get de bore to sign a one year contract i d like to give him a shot. His ajax atleast had a game plan from what i remember and he knows how to work woth young players so what do we have to lose?

Those european games are an indication of his ability when stepping up to a higher level then the dutch league.

I have no problem replacing mancini if we are replacing him with someone better. But I see de Boer as a step down...

Exactly. I haven't watched Ajax at all so can't tell what is or what could be De Boer's game plan or system he would use. But I honestly believe he would have one and it would automatically be better than Mancini's "no game plan at all, do your stuff out there, you know what to do".

This is turning into a disaster when Mancini is still having some kind of fucking issues despite the fact we just got him Candreva for over 20m€. That squad is really not that bad, it's you Roberto.

When you speak about Ajax, it's hardly The coach game plan. They Play The same way from The kids level, Primavera through first team. Whether he can implement that game plan at another club still unknown.

Roberto Mancini made me to turn off streams at least 10-15 times last season
Roberto Mancini made me to hate Inter games
Roberto Mancini was a coach when I first time watched Inter game live and I wanted to leave stadium after 60 minutes even I've spent a lot of money to be there

There is no step down from R.Mancini, no way.

De Boer hiring won’t impact Inter’s pursuit of Brazilian duo

The Nerazzurri are keen to add more players in the final weeks of the transfer window as Frank de Boer prepares to land in Milan

With Frank de Boer expected to take over from Roberto Mancini at Inter, don’t expect the Dutchman’s hiring to hinder the club’s pursuit of Luiz Gustavo and Gabriel Barbosa.

The 46-year-old will be tasked with preparing the Nerazzurri for the coming season and giving his side some direction in what remains of the summer transfer window.

As of now, the Biscione are built to play in either a 4-2-3-1 formation of a 4-3-3, the latter of which is said to fit in with De Boer’s vision.

That is why Inter are expected to continue their pursuit of Wolfsburg’s Luiz Gustavo, who was also one of Mancini’s transfer targets. The Nerazzurri are set to make an offer of €15 million plus bonuses for the Brazilian, though it falls short of his €30m release clause.

Juventus are also said to be in the mix for the 29-year-old, and the reigning Serie A champions are also in competition with the Biscione to sign Barbosa from Santos.

That said, Inter are prepared to offer €25m for the 19-year-old, who is also garnering interest from Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.

In order to finance these transfers and meet Financial Fair Play standards, the Nerazzurri could be forced to sell some of their current players.

Biscione midfielder Marcelo Brozovic is reportedly being scouted by Liverpool and Arsenal, while Felipe Melo and attacker Stevan Jovetic have also been linked with departures.

So now with De Boer, we can make some great Upgrades:

Dambrosio to Roma or Napoli - Darmian with loan + obl.
Melo to Galatasaray - Luiz Gustavo
Eder to Sampdoria - Gabigol
Ranocchia to Sampdoria - Garay

With a new coach, I'm actually quite happy with most of our starting line-up.

If we manage to get someone like Diarra and Ansaldi/Erkin manage to be at least decent, we'll battle for 2nd place.
