If we didn't have Sanchez, Aguero would make sense. But having 4 forwards of that calibre does not make sense.
They could play together honestly. Depends on the system.
The thing is, we cannot really plan ahead with Bosman deals as we are riddled with uncertainty.
We do not know if we'll have the funds for any moves.
Marotta doesn't know if he'll have the job. Even if he does, he doesn't know if the funds will be there and he cannot free anything more than what is outgoing (Ashley Young, Kolarov etc).
Marotta also doesn't know if Conte will be around, so does he sign an old player on high salaries that may not work for Conte? Don't see it.
Conte doesn't know if he's going to be here and it's also not wise to care about the mercato so much now unless there's an amazing opportunity.
It's pretty much too soon but mosy, there's too much uncertainty on our near future that makes it impossible to think Bosman Mercato.
The club is probably on an unofficial embargo here as we are in the process of takeover, cannot make plans for new expenses unless they guarantee that it's going to add value to the company. Which usually is counterproductive for the selling part during negotiations.
Saying all that, it would be great if we did get Aguero, on top of having Sanchez.
We need top names at the club, that's what Inter is all about: Grinta, strive and status.
But always not at the expense of the club's harmony.
Let's see how the next few weeks pan out and we can see if our best options is to get Dimarco and keep Pinamonti around or if we can dream for guys like Messi and obtain the likes of Aguero, Milinkovic-Savic and/or some starlet.
