Burdisso ... no one knows when he will be back ... Sept 05 , Jan 06 , nxt summer

Even if Burdisso comes back now ... u think our CD is good enough to give a serie A this year ?

For those who will reffer 2 our performance in d 2nd half of d season ... remeber we wont be playing with 2 DM anymore

And if Cordoba gets an injury :yuck: we wud be struggling against most teams ... let alone Juve & Milan :fero:

don t u think with to much player s in our squad ther would be lots of player s who are unhappie and don t bring the right preformace i think the squad wich we have now + Samuel would just be fine ????

I want to know why people say Figo is greedy? Barcelona sold him and he had no choice but to go. What did he owe Barca? NOTHING. And they sold him without a gun stuck to their head.

We had gaps, and we needed to fix it. You win by the points you get, not the least players you replaced.

Our management should do its best to get the players together early. Besides, the core of the team is there (Toldo, Cordoba, JZ, Cambi, Stan, Adriano, Martins)

Listen mate ... i want 1 starting CD and a reserve CD ( by replacing Materazzi) ...

We had 5 last year ... and it was our weakest link

Think we need 2 cover in defense ... and anyway we r getting rid of a lot of unused midfield talent ... so d squad is being cut down :yuck:

Sale of Dutch duo key to Inter's Figo swoop

ROME (AFP) - Inter Milan are still hopeful of signing Real Madrid's unsettled Portuguese star Luis Figo, according to Thursday's Gazzetta dello Sport. The newspaper reported a deal to bring the 32-year-old winger to the San Siro could be concluded next week if Inter can offload unwanted Dutch midfielders Edgar Davids and Andy van der Meyde.

The Gazzetta said Everton are interested in signing both players and officials of the English Premiership club were at Inter's headquarters on Wednesday for preliminary discussions.

Figo, whose wage demands of around �100,000 a week have scared off Champions League holders Liverpool, has a year left on his contract at the Bernabeu Stadium.

FIFA's World Player of the Year in 2001, Figo is Portugal's most capped player having made 111 international appearances since making his debut in 1991. He is also the country's third-highest scorer with 31 goals.

Inter, who expressed an interest in Figo several weeks ago, finished third in Serie A last season and won the Italian Cup.

Nobody comes near the EPL teams in terms of overpaying their players. We give them a run for their money, but they overpay anyone.

Davids' selling will have the same problem as Dalmat's, Vieri's, Lamouchi's, Adani's, DiBiaggio's, Conceicao's, and that's high wage!

You can't sell or trade a high-wage player. Only way, pay-out his last year, and swallow the pill!

All d guys u mentioned , xcept Vieri , had no chance of making their respective WC teams

And Vieri feels he can still walk into d Italian team ... as long as he is playing for a big club

But Davids is desperate 2 get some 1st team action ... so he will take a pay-cut to join another club as long as he is assured of starting

We just need 2 be patient and firm over Davids
