In view of the derby, there's important news from the withdrawal of Dutch national. Wesley Sneijder has indeed had an extra rest and this is good news for Inter, which will have its playmaker less "squeezed". I don't think that Milito is ready to start this match+ Pazzini is great till now,he doesn't deserve the bench,Coutinho hasn't started single match under Leo ,so why do you think that he will start now?I also think that Naga will not play from the first minute in the derby.One of Motta or Deki will be in the middle and JZ will be left back.

Coutinho started Palermo actually, but you're right there's no way Coutinho will start. Why would he start an 18yr old who's been poor at best in the most important game of the season?
