I swear i havent seen a good movie this year.

I have this feeling for years. Quality has regressed a lot in recent years. Especially with the superhero trend that i am not a fan at all.

Have anybody watch the movies I've mentioned? It's been a good year to me, I'm happy superhero movies are shit and not earning enough money. Except for Across the Spiderverse <3

I wouldn't put Oppenheimer as one of the best movies of the year. It was clearly too long with annoying timeline like Nolan does too many times. I liked it, but Nolan did the same with Dunkirk and it didn't work there either.

At least Memento and Tenet have time as the main element of the story and that kind of script works.

You guys need to get on the Spiderverse hype train, there is NOTHING like it.


Visual feast, sound design amazing, there are so many (new) tricks they did in the animation and it's really the best representation of how to do a comic book origin story AND a multiple dimensions story. No comic book movie comes close, no animated movie either. And everything is so tightly connected in the script, the first movie is a timeless masterpiece and the second one builds on that.

this is the start to the second movie, just in one minute there is so much beauty on display, so much emotion. Anybody that watched this movie know how this intro connects to the end of the movie and it's done without spelling it out

Just came home from watching Napoleon and i am afraid i have to agree with critics. I didn't hate it but i expected a lot more. Left the theater underwhelmed.

According to internet the budget of the movie is over 100 million $

Spending over 100 million $ for just showing how Napoleon shagged with his bitch wife is a true madness. Hollywood is getting weird day by day.

Has anyone watched the new Bob Marley movie?

I consider going to the cinema to watch it but reviews have been underwhelming so i am a bit torn.

I'm saving myself to go watch Dune pt.2 with two different group of people. Absolutely not going to watch Madame Web

big Spiderman fan.... no idea how you can make a movie like that without Spiderman... especially since she is not a main character or villain in that universe

the movie was suppose to be keeping the Parkers alive so Peter could be born but they scrapped that idea. I also heard the 3 spider women never get their powers haha

so the movie is a hard pass. Sony just makes so many bad decisions with this license. It's like so you used 4 spider women but not the one everyone actually wants to see in Spider Gwen? I wonder if they can't use Miles or Spider Gwen because. they were created after 2011 and their license is from 2000.
