I have a weird problem with my msn! It seems that Internet doesn't love me

I had this problem ever since I started using DSL on my pc. Whenever I don't have it, I click on MSN to start, but the loading icon of the mouse appears and immediately dissappears! At the same time, the MSN icon of the desktop takes an empty file(white icon) form for a dew seconds... Then nothing! So MSN is not working for me with no DSL!

Anyone knows what to do? (I'm not at home atm...)

I had a similar problem a while ago. I got a new motherboard, and neither MSN or hotmail (with IE) would work. It was so damn weird, everything works except those two.

I had to re-install windows again and it then works. Weirdest thing is that when I went to use MSN, I lost all my contacts!!! So I had to add those whom I remembered, while alot still think I blocked them
