Under mazzari osvaldo never had problem before and one our best player in first half season..
And suddenly one mistake and we forgot about his achievement..
The question is why mancini cant handle him better?
Probably the Italo-Argentine has never found the feeling with Mancini , but he is the player who has to express his feelings with its technique, not the opposite. There have always been hotheads in football, but in this case the Inter can not even think of keeping him in their house.
It really depends on the contract. If the contract stated that he had the right to train at the facilities and did not mention possible suspensions or whatever then he has some basis for a lawsuit. But again, we can't really say without knowing what the contract entails.Yes its very clear that he completely went crazy. No turning back now he is done.
He is suing us since we did not let him train and all players have a right to train.
Can someone pls answer the questions i posted up? I am confused.
Well, on what bases is he suing Inter?
...then went AWOL for two days without telling anyone his whereabouts.
According to the Corriere della Sera, Osvaldo even attempted to physically confront Coach Roberto Mancini twice in the locker room after that game at the Juventus Stadium.
Now Inter have suspended the 29-year-old and are reportedly suing him for breach of contract and want damages as well as immediate termination.
In turn, Osvaldo is said to be taking his own legal action against the club for barring him from attending training.
The Italy international twice turned up to the Pinetina training ground and asked to be let in, but was twice refused at the gate.
This is because of a rule in the Italian system meaning clubs must give players the right to train.
