Cassano looked pretty fit during the Euro. I doubt he can last the whole game but he is fine for 60 minutes, I think.

We should be starting Cassano in a 4-3-2-1 and subbing him at the 60 minute mark for Palacio imo

hate playing recently promoted sides for the first game of the season, they tend to be highly motivated especially that pescara are playing at home, that + our players being tired from the trip to Romania, i wouldnt be too surprised if we draw this one.

Yea should be difficult against the newest promoted teams(like example against Pescara) but however we're able to win. Kinda sucks that Palacio is going to miss this one but however we still have nice options in the line-up.

No reason to be scared man with our squad even a undermanned one we should easily win this game at least 1-0 or it's going to be a long long season.

I am hoping for a 3-0 win. Milito(2), Cou(1) so people stop bitching. Tho I really really want to see a Guarin long range goal. He keeps trying them but one has to go in so this kid doesn't lose confidence tho I am willing to wait till he does one on Juve or Milan later on the season.

Gosh. Can't wait to see the Cambiasso-Gargano-Guarin lineup. At the beginning of the summer we were thinking about Zanetti-Cambiasso-Mudingayi in the midfield 3. :awwwyeah:

You do realize that we haven't won the 1st match in the last 5 years??

No match in italy is simple to win. And we are far away from being in our best shape looking at the new arrivals , coppa tiredness, players not yet fit ( Samuel , Milito ) and others injured . This is going to be tough.
