I took this yesterday at 4:00 pm :scared: .. and I'm still cycling .. I just used to do that in this temp. :star:

I always wish if I'm cycling in Canada .. not in a hell temp. :yuck:

and there's a famous guy here .. runs about 100 km from 11:am to 3:00 pm .. under the sun :scared: everybody say that he's crazy .. its like 80 c under the sun !! :stuckup:


by the way I'm not the only one who cycle at this time .. even my Libanese freind does that .. this is him . and he's wearing Bayern Munich .. and LOTHAR MATTHAEUS :star:

as I know that prof. players run about only 9 miles ..

anyway .. in England I can run for 100 km unlike here

yeh, 30km.. 15 in the morning & 15 at night At that point I was in cross country training though.. & then I got lazy.. still I did 15k on the treadmill the other day

lol well running 15k doesnt really take that long! its only 9 miles!
And seeing as its summer break, there's so much time
For some reason I can be lazy in most ways, just not with exercise!

Yeah shes a cool chic, doesnt know a lick about soccer but she tries. Anyway, we were vacationing in San Antonio Texas at the time, maybe a couple weeks so they are very recent. By the way, dont ask as me how I got her...Im just glad I did. By. Her name is Abby if anyone is curious. Im sure you all more interested in looking at her than me.
