Not really. You would use that tactic, right? He is an established player at Napoli. why suddenly would he change to Inter? How did Miki end up at Inter? He was negotiating with Roma and Roma did not offer 2 year contract and more money.

The only thing I can think why he would change the teams is coaching instability at Napoli.

Basically, that's what everyone does who are not totally committed to their current club.

They are looking around. Zielinski has expressed before he could end his career at Napoli (AFAIK) but apparently the contract negotiations haven't been going forward with maximum speed. So the agent have gone and looked around, found Inter and Marotta offering nice pile of cash. He brings that offer to De Laurentiis and so on and so on. It's the usual drill.
