Browha, how is Cassani as a player? Saw that he only has scored two goals this season.

I've only seen him in one game, the U15 (?) primavera final. He really impressed me. He was being played as a DM then - completely incorrectly - as he has great technique, dribbling skills, passing, etc.

I thought he looked very good, and this season I see he's been moved forward to much more attacking positions. He's a great winger, from what I saw in that one game. Look forward to watching his development.

With the U-17s he's scored 33 goals and 12 assists in 18 games. He's not even a striker, he's more of an attacking midfielder.

10 goals for german u17s in 12 games as well.

Stats might not say everything, but those are some fucking crazy ass stats, especially at 16 years old.

well it depends what youth levels, if its like u10s like barca's academy has, then it doesn't mean much.

bojan could've been developed into a great player, it's just messi haulted his progress. let's not forget he was breaking all of messi's records at a younger age.

Not to discount his stats but Germany scored a boatload of goals in the qualification face of the U1-7 Championship facing Finland, San Marino and Andorra. In the Elite round they still scored a boat load but against Estonia and Bulgaria. Ukraine manage to beat them 1-0 and qualify for the Finals knocking them out.

He's probably an exciting prospect just wanted to put some context to his numbers. His teammate Temo Werner has ridiculous numbers too, 13 goals in 6 games, but 5 came against Andorra and 4 against Estonia.

Not to sound like I'm being a dick to these young kids, they probably are big time talent but their numbers are the least I'd look for.

He has 33 goals and 12 assists and is #1 goalscorer in U17 German Youth Leagues.

The next highest goal scorer is about 16 goals, so not even half of his. And again he's an attacking mid.


The math is not as simple as oh well he's scoring 40 now, when he gets to a stronger league he'll score 20. At 16 you've just started growing, so the future is there. El Shaarawy had like 7 goals in his last season in Serie B.

This guy is definitely a better prospect for an attacking midfielder/SS than what we have now
