Forum SupporterI'm speculating that we're more comfortable with the ball because we find it easier outside Serie A's cryptic defenses. I'm surprised that we're doing better in the CL than Serie A, and we've faced top teams so far (not some unknown teams from Eastern Europe).
The way we're playing after getting the lead is exactly how I want Inter to play. The players seemed to be enjoying it. Since we're not a so creative or technical team, it's normal to find it easier when there are more spaces and less pressure on the ball holder. This is where players like Politano, Icardi, Nainggolan, Brozovic, and Perisic (he was crap though) can play more comfortably where there aren't multiple opponents closing down on you like hound dogs.
It's so much more complicated when we face Sassuolo away or Torino.

Transfer GuruBrozovic also created a world record at the World Cup where he ran 16.3km in one game (against England in the semis). That 50m release clause is starting to look a bit low.
