Also if one of the blocked members is the thread opener it never shows unless if you're lucky and you see it as last posted in the main page of whatever section it is. @vasilios

I tried several times, but somehow they find a way back into the ignore list.

That's just how it works, there's no option that allows ignored users threads to show up while blocking their posts

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but I don't see this being implemented.

Suggestion: please add any information from Dimarzio, Romano, Sky or other reliable sources' onto the first post of a related thread by updating it each time there is a new tweet, post or anything. It will become easier to track them and evaluate their reliability.
