This is why I was VERY reluctant to have Conte at Inter. This.. fucking.. shit.

Conte has nothing to do with any of this.

Conte came to Inter and was basically told that he can't count on his two best players, while being promised a great striker and even better midfielder to replace our arguably only two world class players.

So that's why Conte is acting the way he is acting.

He got cut short of two world class players with the promise that he can pick their replacements.

Lukaku and... Most probably Vidal. But neither of that shit is happening... While Borja and Candreva will destroy our health this season, together with the most entitled cunt in our team Perisic.

"Ho altre priorità in questo momento - ha proseguito Nainggolan -. Ora mi metterò in gioco e dimostrerò tutto sul campo. Dimostrerò all'Inter cha ha sbagliato".

"I have other priorities right now - continued Nainggolan - Now I will get involved and demonstrate everything on the field. I will prove to Inter that he was wrong".

Hat-trick incoming...

No wonder Conte wants him out. Nainngolan had a whole season to prove that and he largely failed. Instead of apologizing about his injuries and disppointing performance, he is saying this. Inter should have sold him to a Chinese club.

in my oppinion he just has not the right mentality and we already talked about this 100 times... Nainngolan had good games but he also had games where he don't cared. Only the last games he made good things and was also one of the best. But i can't forget how many times he was shit and how he talked in that Whats app audio about Inter fans.. like we are Roma or Lazio, seriously man? He has no respect. And im sorry for the wife, it's terrible. But thats not a excuse to say that he is a good guy. HE ruined he's career like when he was drunk at new year. HE talked shit about Inter and fans when we started to lose points, like every January. Nobody likes to have a player like him in the team. If we want a serious project, then this is the best solution. I want to see 11 lions on the field, not some cunts like Perisic for example that thinks to play a good game and the next week he plays like we are playing a friendly against Lugano. Enough is enough, the club is starting to change after 8 fucking years...

What? He apologize for his injury?! So we should expect Godin do same for his recent injury!
Poor performance? He was our best midfielder last season besides brozo.
Your hate against him is unrealistic dude!

He was a non-factor in all but a handful of games. We were calling for his head last year. Now that he's gone, we cant start to praise him. As much I wanted him to get another chance, it's pretty obvious why management wants to move forward with out him. Best of luck to him.

The problem is we're not really moving on from him. We're kicking the can down the road and will have to figure this out again next year.

He's not coming back. There was likely a mutual agreement that it was in his best interest to stay in italy.

So you saw vecino, gags, Valero and Mario and you were calling for Radja's head last season?!

He will prove the management wrong, and I agree with him. Stupid move to loan him to Cagliari. Even out of form he is still one of our best midfielders.

This is not about being a smart move or not, or about wages or not giving him a second chance. His wife has cancer ffs, and she wants to be treated in Cagliari. Where her friends and family are, where she feels at home. And Radja wants to be there with her and their daughter. Because, you know, there's a chance she might die and he wants to be there as much as he can for however much time they have left together. Can you seriously blame anyone involved for letting him do exactly that?

I think he couldn't give two shits about what is good for his football career - which is in its final stages anyway - or for Inter at this moment. And it's only healthy that he doesn't. It's just football. Real life is calling on him right now and I think he's a class act for answering. I also applaud our management for releasing him so easily to let him and his family have their peace, without making this a big deal or, god forbid, trying to sell him to some club in fucking China.

Giving him a second chance wouldn't have changed anything. He was leaving for Cagliari anyway for his wife. That only makes this a bit easier to digest. Now we have a full month left to find us a viable alternative. Let's hope that a miracle will happen at last. :)

I am thankful for the good times that were there with Radja and wish him and his family good fortune.

Sure, but we still haven't sold him. It's not like Cagliari can afford to buy him.

There is a rather large sum of money owed to Cagliari next summer for Barella, I'm sure there will be some FFP trickery involved. There is also Nahitan Nandez who will (hopefully) finally arrive at Cagliari - that man has Inter written all over him for years now.

As for Nainggolan, he came many years too late to Inter. His heart was never in the right place as he spent first months at Inter still mourning his Roma departure, it sucked from the first arrival in Milano where he seemed distanced and did not interact with the fans. His form was off along with his fitness, was it due to injuries or his injuries were due to his fitness we will neve r know. As things stand, he remains one of the players I was really looking forward to see in Inter jersey one day, but I am not shocked that club is sending him away. At least it's still being done in a favorable manner for him as well given his private life situation and his wife's illness. I can only wish him and his family the best.

As for Inter's next step, if only we could offload Mario, Valero and Vecino, and add a midfielder like Van de Beek, that would solve a lot of issues for this team.

He'll be treated like a hero in Cagliari tbh. He was well loved from what I remember from back in the day. It's a shame he never found his groove here but he's not the first high profile signing to struggle at Inter. Hopefully him and his family can get through this tough time.

Sad to see him leave but he gave very little for the investment we made... huge fee, lost best young talent and gave him a massive wage.

But if you consider his behaviour it doesn’t look good and I totally understand why he have to leave.

First was that mourning period with bad performans. Then...

Serie A giants Inter have announced that they have temporarily suspended midfielder Radja Nainggolan for disciplinary issues.
He will now be unavailable for their crucial Boxing Day clash with Carlo Ancelotti's Napoli, which will come as a huge blow to Inter fans. There is no official reason given for Nainggolan's suspension, but it was reported by La Stampa that Nainggolan arrived late for a training session, forcing Inter to take disciplinary action against the Belgian.

Then...

Nainngolain has now grown increasingly frustrated with the attention he is receiving from sections of the Inter support, and according to Italian website Calcio Mercato, has sent WhatsApp audio messages to friends both detailing his desire to return to Roma and assuring the Inter fans will "kiss his ass" when he responds on the pitch:

"I'll answer on the pitch, then we'll see when they start kissing my ass."

Then...

Inter star Radja Nainggolan will return to action next week-end when Inter take on Lazio. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Radja was worried because he's never had so many injuries in his career and he decided to change his lifestyle. The former Roma star is on a diet and he will be smoking fewer cigarettes. A cook prepares a meal for him every day after the training so that he can eat healthy food at home. :awyeah:

Yeah I really wished he would have shown Roma that they made a mistake, but the other thing happened and surely we dont need this shit anymore. I hope he will start fresh at Cagliari and be beast next season and we will get more money out of him?

Why? Is he shit?

So, we've essentially traded Nainggolan for Barella :einstein:

I feel like all of you guys hoping for SMS or some other high profile (or at least good) midfielder, are in for a rude shock. I truly hope to eat my words but I suspect there will be zero new additions to midfield as I've been saying for a while. My money is on us going into the season with Sensi, Brozovic, Barella, Gagliardini, Vecino, Mario and Valero.

On the ethical part I'm with you 101%.

The problem is that he moved to Cagliari instead of Fiorentina and China for that. He wanted to stay either way and I'm sure they could have worked it out. Her family could come to Milano which would take like 3 hours at best to reach them from their place to Radja's place, it's not like they don't have the money to bring people over if needed and there are better hospitals than at the island.

What we did to him is still a fancy way of saying fuck off. We just did it leniently and masked it with a more humane touch. The fact remains that Inter fucked up yet again.

From Nainggolan's point of view you are spot on obviously. But let's not pretend like Inter would have let him go to Cagliari no matter what if things weren't going this way.

If Moratti was in charge for example he'd get her the best doctors from all around the world and pay the hotel accommodation for her entire family and we'd only hear about it 5 months after Nainggolan retired or so. I'm pretty sure they'd consider such an offer.

It would certainly puzzle me as well if sending hm to Cagliari would be the best possible move for the club and most importantly, Radja himself for the reasons you've mentioned. But Inter has managed to create this situation with Radja. I feel deep down the guy wanted to stay but since the situation was such, he prefered to avoid all the unnecessary pressure and focus on his wife. Which is a very honorable thing to do and I respect him massively for doing it.

P.S: This is coming from a person who had to relocate back home, losing lots of money and career progression in the process, for a comparable situation. I'd still do it to be honest, but if there was a better or even more ideal option I'd definitely consider it back then.

Wrong decision by this club on this one. Loaned him out without signing any replacement.
