Can we please stop judging players when they're constantly injured and can't get consistency.

Alvarez does ok after building up some momentum and it shouldn't come as a surprise that he sucks after such lengthy and frequent injuries.

We've seen the difference between a fit Milito and a Milito cursed by constant injuries (last season), we've seen the difference between a fit Motta and one that keeps going in and out of being injured ect ect

We should reserve out full judgment until he's been injury free for a few months

He played better which was´t that much an achiement. I am not Ricky hater. I just realistically say what I think. And after fiore match he was serie b player´s level. And do you buy an average serie b player for 10 mil? He have had only a couple good games and he aint that young like coutinho so for 10 mil I would have expected much better player.

To be honest I wasnt that convinced his performance today. I want to see still see much better performances from him. He scored a goal which is always difficult to do and with right leg. But it wast like he could do it again and again...

If you take away that goal which he scored on the tip off his leg(romario was the only player who could shoot the ball to target with that way) do you think that he played espesially well?

Hopefully he is lot better next season if he stays.

Sweet goal, though I would have preferred if he had continued and ran with pace instead of doing a Milito. He does have no confidence in his pace.

Now there is too much pressure cause we have a chance to reach that 3rd place. But in training matches I would like to see ricky playing in "Pirlo´s role" atleast once. I though this already in fall when Ricky could find his rythm. I give you my reasoning:

-No one though that even Pirlo could play there before Ancelotti put him it that positition
-Alvarez is slow just like Pirlo and I think they both need time and to see the whole pitch to use their vision
-For what I have seen Ricky has even decent defensive skill which Pirlo do not

Not saying Ricky is just like Pirlo, but I would like to see how he could do as a playmaker.

That was exactly what I was going to say, I'd like to see him as a CM or in Stankovic position, he can be our new Pirlo/Motta who were not fast players and defensively he's not that bad.
