Lol at every display being called the shittiest of the season

Today's game wasnt the shittiest but the most frustrating one, every player done everything right but the final touch. We played like amateurs exactly, its like every single player have turned off their "decision making" engine. Not to mention the horrible intercepted passes by our midfield, even though it must be said that the pitch was horrible.

Talking about changing coach while we're second? That's almost as stupid as a certain poster calling Miranda bad. I'm not saying I'm even remotely impressed with his work right now, but he deserves at least until the end of the season to prove his worth.

i dont think he deserves until the end of the season to prove his worth because i don't think the jury is still out on mancini as a coach, but changing the manager now has literally no upside. even more so when you look at the other options. at the very least there's a chance we can make top 3 if roma slunk out.

it's also myopic coming from a lot of people who were ejaculating all over the team on the basis of the table earlier in the season, when things aren't bad at all when it comes to the table right now.

It was stupid of Mancini to start Guarin in the first place and then he blames the strikers only. Yeah, it is their mistake as well but Mancini should know that the midfield is the main issue.

I was never fan of Mancini, he's just too dependable on individual skills of world class players. That's what followed him all his career, from Ibra to Kun and Yaya. That's a reason why his teams were always so exposed in CL.

Now, Jovetic had great run on beginning, lucky 1:0 wins helped us, Udine gifted 4 goals to us and defense plus Handa were amazing.

In last four games there are no gifts, Jovetic lost his confidence, Perisic demands game plan to shine, Icardi too. Our plan at the moment is bring ball to Ljajic and he will try to do something. I mean, he's surprisingly good but he's not Messi to pull team by himself.

I would love to see me mistaking but I think that we will finish fourth or fifth.

I don't like this spoiled attitude from Mancini. Now he wants Guarin and Jovetic out by reports. We can't just keep on making such changes every single fucking window. Changes had to be done in the summer but Mancini just keeps on chopping and changing and this is going to haunt us big time come the summer if we don't get into UCL. All of these constant changes in the squad incur costs.

This. Last time at Inter he started to get success after we were undisputed number one team in the league with the best resources. At City he had Sheik money to build a squad. I've been saying this since the summer that Mancio is a manager who has always relied on individual super stars to do the job FOR HIM. He hasn't invented any kind of system for his teams which would encourage cohesion, team combinations and such. It's always been steel midfield and defence doing their job and super stars in the attack doing theirs. Without "unlimited" resources it's hard to get success with that kind of idea.

Yeah that is true. I don't us to sack Mancini. I'm just saying what I feel about Mancini. That Thohir made a wrong choice.

Ultimately I'd want us to have a competent technical director who can build a decent squad by himself (by owning some kind of vision) so that he wouldn't have to run for different players based on the feeling of the day of our current coach.

We need less rotation, we need to shape a midfield better, and the players need to feel allowed to play more creative attacking football. The number of chances we're creating are raising, in fairness, lately, but it seems we've forgotten how to score.

If we had a Ljajic-esque player on the other wing to complete the attacking midfield, and a new midfielder, I think we'd have a pretty good set up. Medel replaced would be good too.

What does Mancini excel at as a coach? He's not a very good tactician (even though he changes tactics every fuckin game) is he? And he sucks at man-management.

Mancini is gonna stay till the end of the season no matter what. Whether he'll stay next season will be dependent on UCL qualification. I don't see Thohir keeping him if he fails to qualify to UCL.

Get Mazzarri back as an interim coach so we only have to pay 2 coaches.

When Mazzarri's contract ends, then we can try and poach Ranieri.
