Yeah, we got Kily 2 seasons later when he was on the downside.

And about Kaka and Dinho, with all due respect to Italians, but why would I take their word as a proof? We all know how things go in Italian media, they'd love to invent anything to make fun of Inter.

The moment I hear Kaka or Dinho saying that they wanted to join us and Cuper said no, is when I will believe it.

I'd rather see Zac back before we see Cuper in charge again. His catenaccio style made us one of the most hated football teams in the world and suffice to say, I was not a fan of it. :irritate:

And as much as I am angry with Mancio and his results this season, we have to keep the faith with him and hope he improves. Firing him would be wasteful in the middle of the season.

Yep, why not sack the coach, get rid of Moratti, drop half the team.. The way u guys are going on we might as well play the freakin Primavera team

It's not over yet for this season, we've only played like 10 games!!

So if we sack Mancini, who do we replace him with? This is just stupid talk tbh, last season was the best we've had in a long while & finally the team are starting to play as a team, we've been unlucky with injuries so far & the fact that the players decide they can't be assed is as much their fault as anyone elses!

Imo if Mancini goes thats bye to the Scudetto for at least 2 more years, at least with a bit of stability we've got a chance!

Because Adriano just barely recovered from a shoulder injury the day before the game, obviously didn't train properly, what more do you need to know?

It was only logic that Adriano was put on the bench and used only if absolutely needed. Makes sense, right?

I certainly hope Mancio doesnt get sacked, but I do wish he learns fast or sees things from far sometimes..

One example I would use is that Capello in the Juve-Milan game realised halfway through the half that Pessoto in the starting lineup wasnt the right decision. He didnt keep him for a second after that and brought Chiellini in who was an evident upgrade in that position(and for Juve as a whole too last night)

If the same scenario existed with Mancio,he wouldnt have made that sub until late in the second half. That is the difference I see between the two.Mancio would be too proud and lose the opportunity while Capello would seize the opportunity to know he did everything possible to have the best lineup out there.

The only example I see of Mancio reacting fast (by his standards) was against ROma last year when he put in Davids to stabilize their attack. That was one of the few matches i saw Davids make a difference.

Mancio is on the way to be a great coach, but only if he learns fast like the great coaches do. :star:

Not saying that I support Mancini's ability with substitution but Ziyad, Mancini put on Adriano for Ze Maria at half-time when we played Roma and were 2-0 down.

Capello's Juve were 3-0 down and he only subbed a full-back for a full-back? Not that's a bad decision to me.

To be honest, I've been trying to put myself in Mancini's shoes for the past few hours and maybe, just maybe, Mancini didn't use his substitution earlier because he still trust the players on the pitch. That's just an optimistic guess of me but who knows. :undecide:

That sounds like an excelent idear :D

Especially the one getting rid of Moratti, he interferes way to much, he should just give us money and then just don't do anything else. He is the main reason why we haven't won anything of importance since he came in control of the club. I have realised that we won't win anything as long as we have Moratti in charge of this club, he has no clue on how to manage a club, yes the situation has improved after Facchetti became our president, but Moratti is still the one pulling the strings. So we could bye the best players around getting the best coach and I'm not even sure that would help much. Getting rid of Moratti is the best thing that can happen to this club.

Mikkel, you make it sound as if getting rid of Moratti, or rather, Moratti's shares, is as easy as 1-2-3. ;) He's Inter's major shareholder and unless some rich sugardaddy coughed up millions to buy his shares, we can't simply just get rid of Moratti.

It's like, even if Bill Gates is doing a bad job in Microsoft, you can't "get rid of" him. :D

Good point Han...
IMO however if u see a weakness defensively u do that change, what should someone wait for??
In the case of the offensive players especially big time names u know they can come up at any second with the right chance.
Adriano,Recoba,Trez and Sheva can suck the whole game but pull the trigger..
Mancio's subs depend alot on his personal taste sometimes it seems.I wouldnt say that if i were the only one thinking it.Everyone I know watching that game last night said the same and had question marks all over those subs.
Plus when needed to go more offensive Capello didnt wait for the last 5 minutes to put DP.

Strictly speaking on last night's matches only, Capello didn't do that because his team were already losing when he put on Del Piero. Inter's case, we were on even terms with Sampdoria and I guess, for Mancini/Orsi, the will to win is not much bigger than the will to not lose. Capello has much less to lose when he took the risk of substituting Del Piero in.

yeah unfortuantely :( I wish I was a billionaire, cause the I would have bought his share, anything would be better then having him in charge of the club.

My wish is that some multi billionaire will buy our club "not a Malcolm Glazer type" but that is very unlikely

I get what u are saying but still 5 minutes for Recoba..That sub did more harm than good by wasting time.Plus there is that debacle on the LW as a whole yesterday when we actually started well there.Maybe there is a reason like Solari was hurt or something but for me it wasnt wise otherwise :)

Sorry to be off topic but WHAT?? Chiellini sucked! He's so clumsy and his impact on the game was NONE. The only thing he can do is making stupid challenges and fouls. He was just as bad against Bayern, actually he was a danger to his own goal against them.

Moggi : "Mancini è un ottimo allenatore, che fa giocare un buon calcio alle sue squadre; ma per quel che mi riguarda è troppo giovane e manca di esperienza".

It would be nice if you provide the translation as well next time, it's as simpleas pasting the text here: http://translate.google.com/translate_t

"Mancini is an optimal trainer, than ago to play the good soccer to its squares; but for that it regards to me he is too much young and it lacks experience"

Nothing new I guess, but why is this idiot running his mouth against us everytime. I advice him to go and look for potential areas of the world where he can grow some dope so they can beat Milan next time. Or better, take a course in internet banking so he won't have to meet refs in person.
