Also can we stop to act like his first touch is absolute shit? yes there are youtube videos where he absolutely butchers it but there are just as many cases where he takes a high ball perfectly or where he shoots perfectly with his first touch.
Yes it s not his main strength but he s far from a disaster and i feel like his first touch got a lot worse as his confidence faded in his second year at manu. You ll also see that most of the gifs and videos of his horrible first touch are in a manu uniform.

10 years of FIFHalf of the top ten scorers the last 5/10 years had Average to below average first touches. (Immobile, Iaquinta, Piguain, Toni, Milik, Zapata, just to name a few of players with average first touches and similar builds) You are also severely underrating his first touch. (which is not the best, but far from God Aweful) My guess is your referring to some of his touches last season that made the YouTube rounds.
