Sounds a lot like Julio Cesar to be honest.

Well JC was a tad heavier and taller and bulkier around the chest and shoulders. Maybe its something Cragno can work on, maybe change up his diet and beef up around the upper body. JC came good at roughly the same age (2006?) as an international level keeper so maybe as suggested we bring him in next season as an understudy or we should have already?

Cannot compare the situations. Julio Cesar was playing in Brazil as a starter, in a team that was mostly struggling but still, the level was very high. Back when it was still relatively competitive in comparison to the European leagues. And they were perennial winners of the Rio de Janeiro state championship which was a decent competition, slightly below a mid-tier European league of the time (think Holland, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Russia in early-mid 2000s). I dare say that the Brazilian league during JC's time there was definitely a top 8 league in the world, probably sneaking into the top 5 on occasions.

I think I had mentioned Cragno as a possible GK for us if we wanted a low cost stop-gap and was hated for it a couple of years ago :D He's a solid GK but he doesn't give the vibe of a top team candidate. He could definitely pull it off though. But not sure for how long as there'd be a lot of better choices out there.

Do$arumma is the best option as he'll be a free agent at the end of the season most probably. But Raiola will demand a huge salary i guess.

Donnarumma wants to stay at Milan and Raiola will simply squeeze as much money as possible from them. Raiola will pull it off, it's just a game of chicken. If Milan is confidently knowing Donnarumma will want to stay, they can use that against Raiola. I don't believe a second Donnarumma will change a team in the summer.

Totally redeemed himself today. Still, we need to feature Radu at least 5 times this season. We can't expect Handa to play like this week in and week out at this age.

Since this was a fairly big game too, Conte should donate at least a quarter of his salary to this man.

But but but he stood like a statue when Zielinski rocketed that first half shot slightly wide....

So he should not tell the defense they didn't fuck up? That's the goalkeeper's job, let alone the captain's...

Allowing low parallel passes is like a defensive disease, we've been doing that a lot under Mancini in his first term. Awful defending and it is almost guaranteed in conceding goals.
