Sorry for having a shit Bundesliga Season after finishing SECOND last. Sorry for not even being able to play with our best Players :/ Oh so you were tired ? Let's take a little look in the recent History of Schalke. 90/91 2.Bundesliga > 1.Bundesliga since than we are slowly climbing the Ladders winning the Uefa Cup in 1997 against Inter Mailand. 2001 getting owned by the Referee in the last Minute of Hamburg-Bayern denying us the first National Title since 1958. First time Champions League also in 2001 we didnt have a Chance . 2004/2005 our Trainer Jupp Heynckes got fired a certain Ralf Rangnick took over leading us to Place 2 loosing all last 5 Games in the Season. Second Time Champions League, We did better we had decent Games against AC Milan etc. But we still only finished 3rd. 2006/2007 we had another Great Chance taking the first German Title since 1958, But hey what should i say we managed to lose a Game you could never ever lose and finally sealing it with losing to Dortmund. Hey Third time Champions League and WoW we managed to survive the Groupstage facing Porto winning 1:0 losing the second 0:1 with an Incredible Manuel Neuer. We won the Penaltys and faced Barcelona losing both Games with 0:1. We went Home .
So we managed to get so far in our 4th Time. I thinks thats impressive for a Club playing with a almost completly new Team.
We are in the German Cup Final ( Winner btw is qualified for EuroLeague) and this shouldnt be a Problem

Actually you're English is damn good for a German, & hell if that wasn't a deserved win I don't know what is. Unlike many clubs, Interisti don't tend to be sour losers in most cases. All I'm saying is that it would have been a different story if you were facing a less troubled Inter.
