Seeking legal advice

Volkswagen are assholes. I had wear and tear insurance on a Jetta I leased.

I returned the car they said it had $3,000 in damages for a ton of small scratches.

I fought with them for 5 months before I looked at all my documents. Luckily I had scanned it. Sent it to them and they were like o my bad!!!

They dropped all the charges but I had given them $250. Said I would pay the $3000. $250 at a time. They never returned that money to me. Then 4 months later I saw that my credit rating went down 100 points because those idiots said I hadn’t paid my lease in 7 months. I hadn’t paid because the lease ended.

Nothing you can really do to these fking companies. I was able to get them to fix my credit tho. Just took a year

Update - I won my case against the insurance company. They're paying for the repairs and I should have my car back next week

Good to hear. And good for you. Never easy to do these things. Seems overwhelming but always a good story to tell later on =P

These kind of references are why I lurk on this forum. (Also because my self-destructive mind thought liking Inter was the best way to slowly kill itself. It wasn't wrong.)
