I get it's hard to follow many different discussions on a thread but at least try to understand topic of a debate before quoting someone's post.

Argument was never about Inter vs Atletico. Brehme argued Atletico are a top 5 side in the last 10 years. I think they're a bit lower. That's all.

That's assuming the whole sum will be invested, it could be as bad as only getting Correa with Lukaku money, which essentially what replacing Lautaro with Zikzee might do as we don't know how good he is at big clubs. I'm not worried about losing Lautaro in a sense that we will eventually get his replacement but how long? We need continuity if we really want to consistently be on the top and you can't just sell one of your best players like that, unless you are getting a deal like Eto+40m for Ibra.

I love Zirkzee, but I wouldn't trust a Thuram-Taremi-Zirkzee-Arnautović forward line up at all.

Barella, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco, Thuram, Çalhanoglu ... they're all exhausted.

We're going to finish this season on our knees, but I won't blame Inzaghi, we must find a better way to keep the players sharp when it counts.

And he is right. This is my only big complain against Inzaghi. He need to learn to rotate the players. Mikhi is for some time really shit. No wonder when you run a 35yo grandpa like a horse. Hakan is also with the tank empty.
Last year I could understand Simone was reluctant to rotate, because we lost at the beginning many games and the Cl place was not sure until the last games. But this year he had enough possibilities to rotate and still he refused.
