Both those clubs would ruin him. Inter for all their money problems have fantastic direction in football operations. The club knows what it is doing. But those two are big money clubs in transition which is about as bad a mix as you can get. Recipe for misery.
Liverpool is also going to need a manager. Though it seems like Leverkusen will provide that for them.
Also it is not a surprise, and well deserved, for the big money teams to come for him. I hope he sticks around one more year, though if he wins the CL he is most certainly gone.

I've always respected him. Expect the Italian national team will do quite well under him in fact. Good days ahead for them.

Forum SupporterManU and Chelsea have far bigger problems than hiring a new gaffer, like offloading their high priced, ego driven tossers that populate their squads, idiot owners, and one has stadium that needs to be refurbished I hear.. Not that I'm complaining, may their collective misery continue indefinitely. Gattuso, Tuchel and sadly Mou are available.

Inzaghi would be crazy to go to Chelsea or Man Utd. Chelsea keep blaming coaches while the real problem is their recruiting policy. Inzaghi would walk into a giant mess if he went there. As for Man United, there's too much uncertainty there. Club needs big reinforcements and no one knows what Ratcliffe really plans to do. Their desired sporting director was put on gardening leave by Newcastle and it's uncertain when this is gonna be cleared out. Too big of a risk for a top coach to go to Man Utd right now.
Liverpool would be a good option for him but they seem more focused on Alonso, Nagelsmann, Amorim and De Zerbi. Barcelona would be a concrete option as well but i don't think he suits their style. I can't see Barcelona playing with 3-5-2. I could see Tuchel or Flick ending up there.
I doubt he will be considered by Bayern. It's unlikely they will take a risk with someone who doesn't even speak the language. After the names i had listed in another post, there's even a rumour about a Nagelsmann return now that Kahn and Brazzo are gone. Real are sticking with Ancelotti and they will eventually turn to Alonso so i don't think he's an option for them.
In the end, the most likely scenario is Inzaghi will sign an extension with a salary increase at the end of the season.

He ain't going nowhere, especially if we win a title. Now after two years he has a system that is completely baked into our players and not only the first squad but reserves as well, and we are a winning team. That's the best any coach can hope for, unless he only cares about the money side of things, which it doesn't appear like it's the case.

I hope he'll stay here. he deserves a higher salary for sure that he'll get it in the contract. he can be our Ferguson and win many trophies here.
I wish we had not to sell a couple of players every year but the opposite, we could improve our squad.

Coaches and players should have a completely different mindset regarding their own values. Once a coach is successful at a club like Inter having multiple trophies, his value will increase with incoming years of success. Their age does not play any role.
But they are former players, and therefore, this mindset of "I need to go to a big club once my value is high" is often still instilled in them. For players, it is a good mindset because they get older. But coaches have plenty of time. I bet in 3 years Inzaghi will still have much higher value if he stays here.

A club like Manchester United, with all their prestige and money, could be enticing under the right circumstances. But I don’t think that’s where they’re at right now. Chelsea are a joke club never mind them.
Inzaghi has a good thing going right now. He’s on course for his first scudetto and he has the strongest squad in Italy and one of the best in all of Europe. He’s also making ridiculous amounts of money if that ever was an issue. I feel like he would be content at Inter for another few seasons.

10 years of FIFHe doesn't bitch about getting players in the transfer market (unlike contes, xavis, simeones etc.) while takes 110% out of every player who comes. I can't literally think of a better coach for us than him.

10 years of FIFForum SupporterSome people aren't comfortable to get out of their comfort zone where they already have everything going well and built around them. If money is the only factor then you would've seen Zidane in many places out of Madrid long time ago. I don't know about Inzaghi (and his family) who has never worked outside of Italy in his life. Maybe sometime in the future when he looks for a new challenge but I don't think it's anytime soon.

I would hate to work in England. Worst food in the world I think. Seriously. Italy is a thousand times better in the ways that matter, to me at least, those being food and women. Italian women are incredible. British women are ugly, and have way too much influence by US culture.
