New Monaco signing Stevan Jovetic thanks Inter for “giving me the chance to wear this shirt”.
It was officially confirmed yesterday that the Montenegrin international has joined the Ligue 1 club, and he has bade goodbye to the Nerazzurri on Instagram.
“It’s the start of a new professional adventure, a beautiful and important one for my career,” Jovetic wrote.
“First though I want to thank Inter for giving me the chance to wear this shirt. All the teammates with whom I shared so many emotions in these seasons in Milan, the technical staff and all those who work at the Suning Sports Centre every day with great passion and professionalism.
“Finally I want to send a special thank you to the Nerazzurri fans for always supporting me, even in difficult moments.
“Good luck lads!”
