Yeah, why talk about Solari on his own thread, talk about him on the mids thread.

Actually, why don't we try doing that for a week or so? That is, to discuss all kind of rumours in the 4 topics. I am quite optimistic that everything will be organised. If you guys agree, I will close the rest of the active topics temporarily.

To be honest though, I kinda foresee this problem. However, in the future, since there is a 'Merge' function now, I can just merge new topics into the appropriate topics when I consider the new topic to be unnecessary. But, for me to merge the Solari or Mancini topics into the Midfielders Rumours Topic now, it is very unwise because too many posts will get jumbled up.

So my suggestion is this. Just use the 4 new topics + next season's Inter for a week and see how it goes. But of course, to maintain FI's democratic style, I will only do that upon approval of a number of you guys.

I don't visit FI anymore. As much as I enjoyed the old Transfer Rumours thread,I hate new confusing threads twice as much.

Personally I see things fine the way they are. If people actually post on JUST Pizarro in the Pizarro thread, JUST Samuel in the Samuel thread, etc, etc then everything should work out fine.

People are simply turning the individual threads to copies of the mega Transfer and Rumors thread. That's what's making everything so confusing.

If Solari now has his thread then rumors specifically on him should be posted just in his thread. The 4 main threads should be left for all of the other rumors on players we aren't heavily linked to and the deperatures of our current players.

I've seen quite often people posting a mesage in one of the main threads or in the mega transfer thread and then simply copying and pasting the same message into one of the individual threads. There's no need for that. Following the guidelines will help keep everything organized.

Han, another suggestion is to use only individual rumours(only mods to be allowed to create new ones), Next Season's Inter(until 31Aug) and Transfer Rumours Thread to post new rumours but not discussing them...eg, if we are rumoured to a Serbian player that most here don't know, we could just post the rumour and someone who knows him give info...

Great idea Han, I agree.

I know people won't agree on this, but I personally would also have a Seria A transfers and European Leagues transfers in the same forum, I'd just find it tidier like that.

Guys on most other forums there are just one or two topics to discuss transfers. Now I know that this forum is different as it is purely for Inter and therefore has a transfer section, but still things are getting a little over the top. Why can't we just have the main transfer and rumours thread and then create individual topics for players when the rumour becomes serious. Eg. Samuel at the moment. If the Mods are strict and close any unlikely individual threads such as Ronaldinho ones then I think that will work out much better.

I wouldn't even do a topic for single rumours. Why should Chivu have his own topic, he's not an Inter player!

Until we sign him (if we ever) we should talk about him in the defenders transfers thread.

After that, if he becomes an Inter player, he can have his own thread in the players and coaches forum.

I agree with Frisko. But one thing I'd change. Those last two sections should go to European Leagues section. They got nothing to do with Inter, and this Transfers&Rumours section belongs to larger area regarding Inter and only Inter. That's why those rumours doesn't belong to Inter area.

Why don't we just keep the Transfer stuff in the Transfers forums? After all, we used the Transfers thread to speak about ALL transfers, Inter's, other Serie A teams' and European teams', while the thread in the European Leagues forum was hardly used at all.

Alright, since the situation is pretty desperate and since my partner, Pravesh Pradhan, and most of you have agreed on my suggestion, I will implement my suggestion for a couple of weeks and we'll see how it goes.

Frisko, I will open a stickied transfer topics in the European Leagues forum.
